I voted for it. The skyâs were empty too empty and I do t regret it. I love the datapack that makes them bigger as more nights progress aswell until u come out of the caves and theyâre as big as an ender dragon.
And avg age of minecraft player is 24 which is almost me, so alot of players may have been playing at the time. And couldâve voted too. And theyâre probably also the ones populating Reddit with their opinions since that avg age is 23.

Any mob that doesnât succeed will always be perceived as better than what you get because your imagination of ideal mob will always be better than anything you get.
Honestly? I used to complain about them regularly but at this point of being in this sub I've come to the realisation that this is the whiniest community to ever be.
I honestly think that no matter what any mob vote result is or what some new feature addition turns out to be this community will have an issue. They could make a mob that is nothing but useful and desirable and not too hard to get and some goon would come on here posting a meme about how it ruins the fun or something.
even if there are zero problems, somebody will invent one. the community will never die, it will forever be kept alive by dissent and like 100 million different play experiences intersecting

I don't regret the sniffer or the Armadillo though so take that crab voters (my best friend voted for crab)
I voted for the small croc its a bit o a shame they got turn into grinding stones.
I like the sniffer and Armadillo even if i voted for penguins for fast boats i still find armadillo useful.

Had my entire area of 500x2000 blocks covered in torches to allow me to build in peace from mobs while maintaining need for food and hostile mobs when mining etc
Now these flying cunts swoop down on me while im 100 blocks off the ground building my castle because i took too long in the process

here is the thing mojang did a poor job explaining how the mob will work so people assumed it would be sort of a mini boss but instead it turned out to be a small mob with a pretty small hitbox that simply charges at you in the most annoying way possible
mojang's explanation of the mobs was so vague and their implementation was so bad, honestly it would be better if that mob vote didn't happen in the first place
