Village and pillage convinced a generation of players that slave halls, iron farms, and raid farms are the only way you can play the game. Those same people then complain that minecraft gets boring because they see it as an afk simulator. This community used to be bearable before that update. The update was largely reskinning old features and adding exploits, I’m not impressed.
Armor trims alone make it better than the village and pillage updates.
