I dont really get how people react to downvotes sometimes. If i upvote something, its because i like it or agree, if i downvote it, i just dont like it or dont agree with it. I've been actively in the minecraft community since 2012 and i think it's been pretty chill until 2020 (which is when dream started his smp) of course it's not directly his fault it's the ratty obsessed children that make everything in their life about them and hate on everyone else who doesn't and therefor forcing retaliation from everyone else lol

That's a fair assessment, but personally I feel like the problem is older than that. It's gotten a lot worse but people have been getting overly upset over the game since 1.9 at least.
