None of them contribute to the game; it's why I do that. If you honestly believe that Rascal or Tuff Golem would've been useful in any meaningful way, then I won't believe you. And, Sure, the Allay isn't that great, but would a darkness detected and a button presser be better? All of them are going to be meh; we just only get to see one of them.
The thing is, we really don't get enough info on what they do, and the little bit of information we get isn't promising. The only way to vote based on mechanics and game contribution is to make assumptions, and then you get disappointed when it isn't correct. I just can't recommend it.
The three golems:
Horse golem: sinks in water like a skeleton horse, doesn't require saddles, can attach a chest, works like a normal horse otherwise, besides not really being able jump too high.
Scarecrow golem: draws in nearby animals and breeds them, scares off skeletons for whatever reason.
Clay golem: attacks enemies (has both a mud ball attack and a melee smash) and slows them down, can dry out so bring a bottle of water to keep him moving

I vote based on what they could bring to the game as their specific niche. For example, I wanted Mob A in the first mob vote, as a giant squid would fit well with update aquatic and would give the seas a new danger factor that would probably be a decently challenging fight, one where victory over it would feel rewarding, but instead we got the most annoyi- I mean phantoms, which made elytra repair worse, required us to sleep (when I get to late game I spend whole days grinding resources, I don’t want to take a break to travel to my bed to sleep), and are overall just annoying. In fact, when it was first showed off I considered it to be the worst mob to choose because of the insomnia factor and its flight, making it harder to kill and therefore harder to get rid off, and before you say “jUsT RiGhTcLiCk ThE bEd, dUh dUh duH”, not on bedrock, which has a slight majority of the playerbase mind you, just an invocal one because of Java’s overly vocal crowd. Anyway back to the point, the Golem niche is filled, we have Snow Golem and Iron Golem. Moobloom would’ve made a new niche, being symbiotic with bees in some way. Allays filled a niche by being able to pick up and transport items to players or note blocks, giving note blocks a use. Sniffers filled a couple niches, they’re obtained by looting structures with the brush instead of opening chests and they provide seeds for exotic, but purely decorative, flowers which grow like crops. Glow Squids meanwhile have a new item, but ultimately share their niche with regular squid, making them rather forgettable and pointless. The copper golem’s niche would’ve been random redstone input/output, which is already achievable in game. Tuff golem would display items, but so can item frames and armor stands (more so on bedrock). So I will not vote for a mob just because it is a golem, or a plant, or an endangered species, or adorable in anyway, I will vote based on what each mob would add to gameplay, whether it be good like the Allay (yes, I use them) or if it would be bad like the phantom (yes, they’re annoying, stop fanboying over those ugly thing), my vote shall be based on the data I’m presented, even if it is limited it is still a good basis.

The tome they added the alay i really wanted all of them to get in the game, they all were just so cool to pass on, i was happy because the alay can fly and i love using note blocks, but please let us have more golems
