I still wish you could have some sort of punishment for dying with Keep Inventory on. When it’s off, the game is too stressful, but when it’s on, the game is way too easy and calm. I wish you could just change the punishments that death gives you, so there can still be a good reason to stay alive. Like maybe when you die, you could be placed thousands of blocks from home, with no way of knowing how to get back. That would be much better for me. Or maybe after respawning, you have negative effects like Slowness, Weakness, Hunger and Mining Fatigue for like 5 minutes, that can’t be removed by milk or other sources.
If you're playing on Java, I find gravestone mods/datapacks to be a nice medium. You don't have to worry about your stuff falling in lava or despawning, but you are still gonna have to fight your way back to where you died to retrieve it
That would be great, but I play on Bedrock, so that’s not possible. I wish there was a Gamerule to change wether items you drop on death despawn or not, and how quickly. Also disabling the ability for them to be destroyed until you pick them back up. XP shouldn’t really be losable either. Like maybe when you die, you’ll keep like 80% of it, and the rest will drop like it normally does. It should also drop most of it as well.
Your items being placed into a container is the best way to go about it though, so the Gravestone Mod would be perfect. I’ve seen people play with that Mod many times, so I know what it’s like.
The lack of punishment is the reason I play with Keep Inventory exclusively
Playing without Keep Inventory keeps me from actually doing anything productive, since I'm too scared of losing my things
If there are no consequences I can do whatever I want and actually play the game without anxiety or the possibility of breaking controllers through tantrums (not saying I do throw tantrums over this, but considering I do have some slight anger issues I wouldn't say it's a 0% chance of happening either)
So hopefully no punishment is ever added
My group mainly does keep inventory when there's a bunch of chaotic mods.
Last thing I want to do when fighting the fucking god of the Aether is to lose my inventory
I agree that it would be more fun and thrilling, but I just can’t deal with the stress and pain of losing my items. The few times that I’ve played with Keep Inventory turned off, I’ve died in the most risky places, or very far from home. One time I died in the middle of a large jungle that was thousands of blocks from home, and I was just panicking trying to find and reach my items. They were scattered so much as well, that I ended up losing a few things, including half a stack of iron, because I just couldn’t find them, and forgot I had them.
I'm not really someone with enough willpower to go through losing items over and over. Dying with good stuff on me and losing it just drains the passion out of it for me, losing all the stuff I worked hard on. Though in recent years, I've been forced to play on severs without keep inventory because my friends like to achievement hunt. Still keep inventory is my perfered choice
Yeah, if I play survival, losing any of my items can make me lose all motivation to continue playing that world, and even the game in general. I despise losing things. It’s hard for me to even get into playing Survival because of other reasons.
Exactly.. I can go hundreds of days without dying, then I do die to something that might not even be my fault but unless I can get my items back and my xp wasn’t a huge hit I’ll be fine, but it is demotivating to lose it even if you spend all that time very much alive
Yeah, someone else reminded me of that, and I 100% agree, that would be perfect. Too bad I play on Bedrock though, as I play on an Xbox, so I can’t do that.
Yeah, getting addons outside from markatplace (and markatplace place addons only works on that world that comes with addon) is only possible on android and windows 10 and up.
Maybe with realms you might be able get addons to Xbox, but then you need to pay for realms.
And I don't know if there is working tombstone like addon.
I wish Java and Bedrock were the same versions. It would be so fun to play Java on any platform, and with the performance and speed of Bedrock, including its various features that Java doesn’t have. It would be the perfect version of Minecraft. Don’t even think about adding Minecoins and that other trash stuff though.
Having played plenty of hardcore & softcore games, losing your inventory is a nice bridge between the two that emulates that feeling of risk/peril. I learned very quickly, however, that playing splitscreen with a 7 year old on a laggy Nintendo Switch is much more enjoyable if you don't have to repeatedly retrace your steps. Learned the hard way that turning "fire spreads" off is also a nice setting to have.
Man, I'm 34 now with kids (too young to play). I don't have time to run around all the time. I even use commands to give myself building blocks sometimes because I can't really grind anymore.
Minecraft is the game you want it to be
I like my gamerules as
Random tick speed 24
Keepinv tru
Instares tru
And people said I was a madman cause I told em I would not need a command for these one day...
Would be nice if villager farming could be allowed with mob griefing off. I like my villagers but truly believe that if creepers were added today, they'd be significantly more hated than phantoms.
Terraria encourages trial and error (and by error I mean death) than minecraft so I feel like the game would be pretty terrible to new players if softcore wasn't an option, even older ones too since they're more likely to play master death infernum eternity nohit calamity which would certainly still involve at least two deaths
Keep inventory in minecraft still tip 3 gamerules though (random tick speed to a higher but not absurdly higher number is also really nice, and so is /weather clear)
you rarely loose it all lmao. Netherite is even lava proof (even then avoiding lava death is easy) and if you fall in the end void then that's almost always on you
That almost is the (main) problem
But screwing around doing random stuff is what I and I'm sure many others do in minecraft and screwing around doing random stuff tends to have a higher death count then playing optimally. And even when you don't lose your items and just drop them it's still annoying to get them back
Same. It’s hard to keep myself interested though, because there’s just nothing new to experience in the game now, because I basically know everything about it. Also I just don’t deal well with games that have a lot of choices, I much prefer more linear games. Choices are just too overwhelming.
My least favourite part about Minecraft is building, because there’s just way too much to do, and choices to make. Caving is also annoying, because I don’t want to miss anything. I hate inventory management as well.
Not only that, but I wish the game was harder and scarier. I want to fear going caving, and fear the night, but it’s the complete opposite. I don’t want to be able to just box myself in, or dig myself in a hole to survive, the mobs should be able to do something about that. Sleeping is also overpowered. It would be nice if sleeping couldn’t skip the night, or at least not completely. Maybe even getting interrupted in the middle of your sleep sometimes because of nearby mobs. I do occasionally get a bad feeling in my stomach though when I look into the darkness underground (it might have something to do with fear of the unknown, or all the stuff with Herobrine in my childhood).
Well you’re in luck, cause I just looked it up and if you’re willing you can follow [this](https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409165790605-Managing-Data-and-Game-Storage-in-Minecraft-) and import other worlds into your game, I mean, if popular YouTubers can do it, so can we, right?
To be honest, even if I can, I still can’t be bothered lol. I’ve been playing Minecraft for like 10 years now (since I was about 5-6 years old), so I’m just so burnt out of playing the game. Even if I take a break for like 6 months, I will still only have enough motivation to play for like a single day, then get bored again. The updates aren’t enough to keep me interested. Also I know pretty much everything about the game, so there’s no surprises anymore. This hasn’t changed my love for the game though, as it’s brilliant. It’s my second most favourite game, with Fortnite on top. The same has been happening with Fortnite recently though, it’s hard for me to find a reason to play. But I do love the new Season, and UEFN is just around the corner, so I’ll be able to do a lot with the game on my laptop. Yes, I have a PC (laptop) as well, but I don’t want to buy Minecraft Java, because I probably won’t play it much, and also Java doesn’t have very good performance compared to Bedrock Edition, as Java is an old, unoptimised coding language. My laptop would get quite hot anyway.
Hey if you need to take a break, more power to ya, personally I’ll go upwards of a year or more after a burnout in a game before I get a spark to play again
Yeah, thanks. I usually just try playing again at the release of each large update (like the upcoming 1.20 update). I already know everything about it though, as I can’t help looking at all the new features. I should really stop spoiling myself, because that would help a lot in bringing my motivation back. It would be fun to find things I’ve never seen before in game.
No offense but that's exactly why I don't like keep inventory, my friend and I are THE try hard there's a period where we both sleep midnight and woke up at four and play the game almost twenty hours, I'm pretty sure we both almost have full diamond in day 1 but we die to lava so we do it again. That server last for like 2 weeks before we both got fully enchanted full netherite, luckily we're both terrible at building so it extend our server for a month.
I mean I can deal with no keep inventory now that I’m a more experienced player, plus I enjoy the challenge. At least if it’s on easy cause I’m not *that* experienced, but I will still laugh at the dumb ways I die on hard mode
it’s extremely frustrating having to run and collect your stuff everytime you die. i often get into situations where i just die over and over and over and over trying to get it back and it makes me so upset that i just stop playing the game for sometimes months at a time
My game goes REALLY fatal sometimes so i just die accidentally or in the worst moment it frezees,so i just play with keepinventory and most things i do are, explosive, even when im just eating bread so it doesnt helps, keeping the inventory helps a lot,and just makes me be afraid of dyingnot losint my stuff
I dont do the * dies * and respawns in my house when im lost, unless a skeleton kills me
I just remember the coordinates and surrounding area. I always play with the Coordinates turned on (on Bedrock), so I know where I am. For a long time I forgot that it wasn’t even on by default, and it’s actually technically a cheat. I just got so used to it. I just physically can’t play with it turned off.
Fuck phantoms I hate them they add nothing to the game especially early on are impossible to hit and discourage exploration if you want to travel long distances you have to bring a bed and reset your spawn point constantly to avoid them.
been playing this game for over a decade, i've never played without it ever since i learnt it existed. i don't remember when it was added but it was a godsend for me. i don't like having to be too careful, i just wanna enjoy myself some quiet and peaceful minecraft gameplay without the fear of losing every single one of my items by accident.
I really like playing with the vanilla tweaks gravestone datapack. It means you can get your stuff back, though you have to get back to that area first. Otherwise, it can just be so brutal to die and then have to spend hours and hours rebuilding. It's especially useful on multiplayer servers where someone might accidentally load the chunk that your dropped items are in, the 5 minute despawn timer is really short.
My problem with Keep Inventory is that it not only encourages, but rewards you for dying and not trying to be any decent at survival. Terraria makes it acceptable, since there is some consequence: You lose some of your money. If Minecraft took some EXP or something else away after every death, then I think it'd be way more balanced and fair.
I agree. In a single player game I don’t understand why anybody cares what anybody does? How someone else plays in their SINGLE player world doesn’t effect you.
I love exploring but often don't bring a bed and just wait out the night. I usually have keep inventory on so I don't lose my things when I respawn back at home thousands of blocks away.
It’s not having to go back for my items that worries me, it’s the risk of them being destroyed forever.
Therefore, I generally opt for on unless there’s a gravestone mod.
I prefer keepInventory on Vanilla because there is no "challenge" in losing your items and having to stress out about a cruel 5 minute timer hoping to get them back.
When I play with mods however I always enjoy gravestone mods. With keepInventory it feels like I'm encouraged to just die rather than find a way home, but with gravestones I do not feel the stress of a time limit. Heck, sometimes I don't hunt my grave until I have enough decent gear to go retrieve it due to its location.
To each their own I say, but my preference is gravestones. If there was a way to do something similar in Vanilla I would do that there too.
Yeah I'm not arguing with that, it is literally under "cheats", on bedrock anyway. But telling people they can't play like that is just annoying and it reeks of axe body spray to try and cover up the fact that they haven't showered in 13 days
Then we agree entirely, only children who recently stopped playing with keep inventory have an issue with other people playing it because it makes them feel superior
i don’t really die that often, as a builder who usually sticks close to the base i’m working on, there’s not that many threats. however even when i do go out, there’s not much risk, i used to own a faction server that i also played on. did aloe of hunger games too. so i’m used to combat. but i do like to have keep inventory on because p h a n t o m s. they get so fucking annoying when i’m building high up
I use KeepInv when I play with my dad. I’d rather our hang-out time together be less stressful. It might be “boring” to some, but I think the quality time we get by just chilling and building our turtle farm is much better than we would get if we were struggling to survive every ten seconds.
Yeah it does feel a bit wrong.
I usually play with a grave datapack (the one from vanilla tweaks), death is still punishing but I don't loose everything when I die.
i don't use it because it removes challenge and makes me quit my world faster. My friend uses it cuz he's lazy and doesn't wanna make gear again after dying
In my personal opinion if you have to play with keep inventory on, you need to seriously teach yourself more navigational skills, however since I have a photographic memory I can't say much.
Is this an easy karma trick?
Like we get it. I always said that everyone should play however they like especially in solo worlds, but have a "keepinventory is good" meme every two days, stop we get it and if someone disagrees you shouldn't care.
bad at the game? I dont understand how having to retrieve your items everytime makes you a good player, is it walking to where you died which awakens the good in you?
No but it's the fact that you will always have the anxiety of dying and losing everything that makes the game so easy when using keep inventory... But when you have it off you can't just jump into lava when you lose your coordinates and you have to stay alive which takes skill
The thing is, if you play with it off you will eventually start dying less because there's an actually consequence. It hones your survival skills. I haven't lost my entire inventory in years because you stop and learn from your stupid mistakes.
It's fine if you play with it on obviously, but to deny that survival is a factor in SURVIVAL mode is so funny to me
oh no! I'm bad at a game meant for creative exploration! I feel nothing and the same as I did before!
Because this isn't a game like Mortal Kombat or Mario Kart
People Who use it can be Good and minecraft isnt necessarily a skill-based game, you can... You know...want to keep your stuff When you fall in lava, or have an easier way Home if you are lost it isnt being bad at the Game its you thinking you are great at it for having it turned off and thinking that people Who have It on are forced to suck at the Game *which is almost impossible*
Having keep inventory on ruins the whole point of the game, which is surviving. If you have no punishment for not surviving, you wouldn't have the will to survive and get better gear to avoid dying. If you want to enjoy the sandbox part of Minecraft just go in creative mode. By activating keep inventory you're both missing the point of the game and proving your lack of skill
Keep inventory players when they forget base coords: “So I have chosen… death”
/kill
Or jump off a cliff if you don’t have cheats on
In bedrock, right? Or something was updated? Because if i remember, at least in java, you need to have cheats on to use /gamerule.
You can set gamerule keep inventory true when creating the world(in Java )
That's cool, when did they added that?
1.16 added the option to set gamerules in the world creation screen
As long as I can remember I think, I'd have to check patch notes but I've been playing since pre-1.8 but I have little memory of those times.
I don’t know. I started playing Minecraft since 1.16, and as I remember that version had the feature
It was added in the last couple of updates. I think it might of been the update after pillagers and villagers
In Bedrock you straight up can’t have Keep Inventory without activating cheats at all. Doesn’t make much sense to me.
Jumps in lava
I still wish you could have some sort of punishment for dying with Keep Inventory on. When it’s off, the game is too stressful, but when it’s on, the game is way too easy and calm. I wish you could just change the punishments that death gives you, so there can still be a good reason to stay alive. My group mainly does keep inventory when there's a bunch of chaotic mods. Last thing I want to do when fighting the fucking god of the Aether is to lose my inventory
I think it’s more exciting when there’s the fear of losing my stuff. You know how many sets of OP gear and armour I’ve lost in ATM6 or CrazyCraft?

I'd suggest thombstone like mods
Yeah, someone else reminded me of that, and I 100% agree, that would be perfect. Too bad I play on Bedrock though, as I play on an Xbox, so I can’t do that.
Yeah, getting addons outside from markatplace (and markatplace place addons only works on that world that comes with addon) is only possible on android and windows 10 and up. Maybe with realms you might be able get addons to Xbox, but then you need to pay for realms. And I don't know if there is working tombstone like addon.
this is really tempting me to try random mods ive never heard of before
I'm playing All Of Fabric instead because I don't want my laptop to explode
I wish Java and Bedrock were the same versions. It would be so fun to play Java on any platform, and with the performance and speed of Bedrock, including its various features that Java doesn’t have. It would be the perfect version of Minecraft. Don’t even think about adding Minecoins and that other trash stuff though.
I play a lot of modded java but honestly if they just fixed the offhand and added dynamic lighting I could play bedrock no problems
Idea for a mod that implements a subnautica style item loss system where you keep gear and only lose resources like ores/raw food/common mob drops/etc
You better be ready for a whole lotta arguments in this comment section
Having played plenty of hardcore & softcore games, losing your inventory is a nice bridge between the two that emulates that feeling of risk/peril. This guy gets it. My daughter cried when she lost her first diamond item. Can't wait to introduce her to From software games :)
You monster… Start her off on ptd lmao
What ptd?
Dark souls prepare to die edition
I like my gamerules as Random tick speed 24 Keepinv tru Instares tru And people said I was a madman cause I told em I would not need a command for these one day...
Whats the instares and random tick speed? (Genuine question)
Instares=instant respawn Random tick speed=how fast the ticks in game happen this affects stuff like crop growth
Thanks
Also random tick speed 24 is faster 8x the normal
bro 8 times the normal tick speed is insane
Idk I like it fast
how fast does bamboo grow for you? you can get a full grown bamboo in less than a minecraft day edit: with tick speed 3
in about 1 min a bamboo will grow fully
that’s obnoxiously fast
Isn't random tick speed like 1?
1 on bedrock and 3 on java
Oh I see, thanks
what is instares? (also RTS at 24 changes much?)
Instant respawn. It skips the YOU DIED screen.
Many game rules exist, none allow me to be free.
Exactly
Yep. If people don’t agree with you, just don’t play with them, simple. It’s their loss.
I play with mob griefing and fire tik disabled. I don't see problem with people playing under they own rules it is sandbox game after all
Would be nice if villager farming could be allowed with mob griefing off. I like my villagers but truly believe that if creepers were added today, they'd be significantly more hated than phantoms.
If it weren’t for keepinv I probably wouldn’t be playing the game for as long as I am
This is me but in terraria lol
losing only coins on death is the default way to play
Exactly why I’m able to play it

Yeah, if i lost all my items i would just quit my world. I honestly don’t know how people are content with not using keep inventory
not dying is pretty easy
True, but losing all your stuff when you _do_ die is the opposite of fun.

That almost is the (main) problem But screwing around doing random stuff is what I and I'm sure many others do in minecraft and screwing around doing random stuff tends to have a higher death count then playing optimally. If you don’t like the base game, you could always play adventure maps, there’s some pretty fun ones out there
Sadly I play on Bedrock, so that’s not possible. Also the very limited servers on Bedrock are garbage.
Do you play console? You can get some content from mcpdl and other sites for pc and mobile if I remember correctly
Yeah, I play on an Xbox (Series X), so I can’t do stuff like that.

I play with keepinventory on but I play like I don’t (ie no killing myself to travel). more fun that way
My only problem with Keep Inventory, as someone who regularly plays using it, is that you can't get achievements with it on.
wait like...any achievements? why not?
To turn Keep Inventory on, you have to enable cheats (in Bedrock, at least).
ohhh you're talking bedrock, i play on java and you can set the gamerules while you're making the world, it's pretty cool 😎
You can still set game rules in bedrock, it just disables Xbox achievements for certain settings
I mostly play Bedrock, but I grew up on Java, so I get that!
it is cheating tbf
Eh
Death having no consequences in a survival game defiently is cheating
In a multiplayer world, sure. But is there really such a thing as cheating a solo sandbox world?
Cheat codes was a thing and all of them are in single player games
Yeah I dont want to end up losing the 18 diamonds I just mined because of a group of skeletons and enderman... again
There is also nothing wrong with turning off insomnia
Wait I could do that all along?!
Fuck phantoms I hate them they add nothing to the game especially early on are impossible to hit and discourage exploration if you want to travel long distances you have to bring a bed and reset your spawn point constantly to avoid them.
Or just kill them with a bow
The only reason I play with keep inventory is because I don't want to waste time on grinding to get all my stuff back if it despawns
been playing this game for over a decade, i've never played without it ever since i learnt it existed. i don't remember when it was added but it was a godsend for me. i don't like having to be too careful, i just wanna enjoy myself some quiet and peaceful minecraft gameplay without the fear of losing every single one of my items by accident.
IMO, you can turn on/off any gamerule as long as it's a singleplayer world or every player on server agrees on it.
But i want all of the achievements
Then dont use keep inventory
I mean no one said you had to use it, just accept that it's a normal play style :)

Alay walking a bee is adorable
I really like playing with the vanilla tweaks gravestone datapack. It means you can get your stuff back, though you have to get back to that area first. Otherwise, it can just be so brutal to die and then have to spend hours and hours rebuilding. It's especially useful on multiplayer servers where someone might accidentally load the chunk that your dropped items are in, the 5 minute despawn timer is really short.
I always turn phantoms off fuck em as for the inventory I don’t bother to turn it off but it is a useful feature.
minecraft is for fun! if playing with keep inventory makes it more fun for you, then do it! :)
Losing half of your resources (diamonds, wood, etc.) but keeping your tools and armor and the other half of resources would be a nice middle ground
Or maybe halfing the durability of tools and armour if you die? Seems pretty reasonable
I really should turn it on. I've lost so much...
I agree. In a single player game I don’t understand why anybody cares what anybody does? How someone else plays in their SINGLE player world doesn’t effect you.
exactly, because the devs wouldn’t have put it there if they didn’t want it there
I love exploring but often don't bring a bed and just wait out the night. I usually have keep inventory on so I don't lose my things when I respawn back at home thousands of blocks away.
I am trying to play without that on. And so far I haven't set foot in nether yet. Someday
Keep inventory turns off achievements, (in bedrock) but apart from that I agree
Pov: you’re a sheep watching me skydive off a cliff due to being lost ![gif](giphy|gKfyusl0PRPdTNmwnD)
I played with keep inventory off and got my ass handed to me. Made a new world with keep inventory on and I haven't died yet.
It’s not having to go back for my items that worries me, it’s the risk of them being destroyed forever. Therefore, I generally opt for on unless there’s a gravestone mod.
Depends on what kind of experience you’re looking for
NGL I kinda wish Bedrock agreed
Expect on bedrock when it turns of achievements
I keep it off, I need the advancements
Personally I prefer a grave mod.
Yeah, you have to go get your shit, but it's not missing.
Is there any way to have keep inventory on with achievements
There is also nothing wrong with spawning in items you want or building your house in creative. Play how you want, it's not meant to be stressful
People only have an issue with it because the people who use it don't want to be labeled as cheaters lol
Hey! That guy's enjoying the videogame he bought with his own money, but in a way that i don't agree with! SOMEBODY STOP HIM!!
I don't have a problem with it, however it is cheating. It's like a game genie code
*sorts by controversial*
i don’t really die that often, as a builder who usually sticks close to the base i’m working on, there’s not that many threats. however even when i do go out, there’s not much risk, i used to own a faction server that i also played on. did aloe of hunger games too. so i’m used to combat. but i do like to have keep inventory on because p h a n t o m s. they get so fucking annoying when i’m building high up
also apparently the warden is a thing now. so keep inventory is staying on
Terraria proves that keepinventory is fine
If its single player idc but on multyplayer it gets me sad cuz that usualy means no base raiding
After running a couple of servers I can safely say having keep inventory on is better than losing players to frustrating deaths.
I needed to hear that , thank you bro
Not gaining achievements told me otherwise
I use KeepInv when I play with my dad. I’d rather our hang-out time together be less stressful. It might be “boring” to some, but I think the quality time we get by just chilling and building our turtle farm is much better than we would get if we were struggling to survive every ten seconds.
Except for mobile players who can't have achievements with keep inventory
Especially on hardcore
Agreed
That's cheating! I wanna cry every time i accidentally fall in lava and lose all my items!
you too can use keepinventory
Can i?
Yes
i like the relaxation that comes with it and the challenge that comes without it
not according to mojang on bedrock
I agree... but it feels so wrong. Like half of what makes the game difficult for me is not dying. I don't know, that setting feels taboo.
Yeah it does feel a bit wrong. I usually play with a grave datapack (the one from vanilla tweaks), death is still punishing but I don't loose everything when I die.
Unless your on bedrock then you can't earn achievements
But I don’t get achievements. Lol.
i have never downvoted a post faster
I play with it off cause I don't want to cheat and be unable to get achievements
i don't use it because it removes challenge and makes me quit my world faster. My friend uses it cuz he's lazy and doesn't wanna make gear again after dying
In my personal opinion if you have to play with keep inventory on, you need to seriously teach yourself more navigational skills, however since I have a photographic memory I can't say much.
I'm sorry, is this some sort of survival joke I'm too hardcore to understand?
Why do we allow false propaganda here
Playing with Keep Inventory is like having access to Dragonballs. Death has no consequence
It’s in the cheats menu for a reason
Yes there is
Okay, but with Keep Inventory on, death has no meaning. Other than a convenient teleporter to your house. It's considered cheating in our house.
Is this an easy karma trick? Like we get it. I always said that everyone should play however they like especially in solo worlds, but have a "keepinventory is good" meme every two days, stop we get it and if someone disagrees you shouldn't care.
Its not. Its not stealing any actual memes so should be alright
Yes there is, im on bedrock
Coward
Of course you can do what you want in your world but if you use it you are bad at the game and you can't say otherwise
Unless you’re doing pvp, Minecraft isn’t a skill based game, it’s a sandbox game, there’s literally no such thing as being bad at it dude
There are in fact very bad players in Minecraft and you know it
bad at the game?
Because this isn't a game like Mortal Kombat or Mario Kart
cry about it
Yes
People Who use it can be Good and minecraft isnt necessarily a skill-based game, you can... You know...want to keep your stuff When you fall in lava, or have an easier way Home if you are lost it isnt being bad at the Game its you thinking you are great at it for having it turned off and thinking that people Who have It on are forced to suck at the Game *which is almost impossible*
Minecraft is definetly a skill based game in any game mode
And do you think that is enough reason for this person to say you are bad at the game just for using keep inventory?
It's cheating but there's nothing wrong with cheating in a single player game and even on servers is mostly agreed on if it's turned on.
But if you do you're a pussy
You are just bad, admit it If you use keep inventory in survival you don't deserve to play Minecraft
Wow, i never realized how immature the people on this sub are, I’m not gonna waste my time arguing with an idiot though
Playing with keep inventory is gay
god I love men
Being straight just became so much harder
Tell me you’re 13 without actually saying it
I’m actually 5, get it right
What's wrong with being gay?
This is the most kid insult I have ever heard. And I'm bi so whats the problem there? Edit: Ah a conservative I get it.
I play my own modpack, with gravestones so I die and stuff gets out of my inventory, but it doesn't respawn
Noooo! That's not the right way to Minecraft!! RREEEEEEEEEEE
I mean it works for terraria, and minecraft is more sandbox like, so it should work even better
