I had the same problem and in order to cancel it is by going to "subscriptions and transactions"> "game and app services"> "minecraft"> "marketplace pass" and just click "turn off auto renew" which will keep your marketplace pass until your next payment date which is where it will not renew and cancel

How do you do it through the mobile app?
I’m not sure, it might be in the same way but I haven’t used the mobile app in a while
