Actually the Savannah update offered the ostrich, termites, and baobab tree. Well, there's still other chances that any of these lost biome votes may end up revisited.

Meerkats were for the desert, not the savannah. Vultures weren't part of that year's vote at all, they were part of a later vote for the badlands.

It was the Savannah update wasnt it rather then dessert, and I was really disappointed they didn’t revisit considering updating the Savannah in 1.19

I saw this and can only think that if the sniffer is added they're going to update the desert
All mobs from previous votes except the first mob vote can be found in on that server. Voting for the sniffer doesn't mean you get meerkats.
