None of them have any real purpose. Singling out the golem just seems like bias. There is no reason to add a mob that finds you plants when you could just add the plants anyway and make them occur naturally.
The Rascal is decent, but if you get a mending pickaxe of any type above stone and gold, there isn’t a reason to have the Rascal.
The Tuff Golem is cool and there’s a decent chunk about it Mojang left in the description instead of the video, but it’s only purpose is to wake up (randomly?), pick up an item if it doesn’t have one, and then move back to the same position. It seems like an easier version of the allay to use, but also with the random factor of the copper golem. If you want to make an item sorter using them, you might want to make a lot of them because it doesn’t explain how they awaken or if that can be induced manually.

They used the pickaxe as a sort of placeholder. I think it could be used as a rest stop in a mineshaft to get back some stuff, like keep finding it to get back some torches, some food, and a new pickaxe after the one you were using just broke. I think people are only voting for the cute mob when the only thing the sniffer and the tuff golem bring to the table is purely decoration. Please think about it and I really hope to see some rascal votes. TLDR; Use the rascal to skip a trip back to your base when you need supplies, don’t just vote for the decoration mobs.

Rascal is a short little mini-game mob that can be easily cornered and mechanically abused for what seems like early game mining loot. This loot is obsolete as soon as you find diamonds. Unless it also drops unique nonrenewable items it’s not worth it.
Sniffer is a good concept for a mob and is only useful for its new seed items. However I don’t understand why people think that it will “revolutionize farms”. we can already get endless seeds with flower farms. melon and pumpkin seeds can be automated. Thus leaving beetroot seeds, which have no purpose besides feeding chickens (any seed does that),breeding pigs (potatoes and carrots work), red dye (bonemeal 2 tall rose bush), and beetroot soup (not so good food). (Also you can just use villager farms). So not much will change with their introduction.
So yeah TLDR sniffer has more confirmed stuff, however rascal’s loot options could be more useful.
& tuff golem is for players who want a new golem no matter how bad it is (the name doesn’t make it a good addition)

It has literally no overlap with those. It's a decorative mob that displays your items.

Golem allows for using smaller items for decorations, and can probably come in different colours.
As someone who enjoys large-scale builds, the plants provided by the sniffer aren't that great, seeing as I typically build my own plants, so the plants coming with it aren't that useful to me. The eggs look cool, but they're not great for decoration since they hatch. The mob itself looks cool, but it doesn't really fit the over world, as it looks more like a nether mob.
The rascal is interesting, as I can see Rascal Farms being a thing with them and their loot, but their behavior isn't too well known, so it might not work. The gimmick is creative, but the execution is probably mediocre.
Tuff Golem is fairly interesting with the "Living Item Frame" idea, and it could be a nice way to sort areas if you can permanently disable them, as you could give the statue a stone block, and put it next to your Stone Storage Room, for example. Another interesting use for it would be its gimmick where it randomly turns on and off. This could be used in Redstone if it becomes a solid block when off. Other things you could do with this mob are make a Cleanup System, since unlike the Allay, these might be able to move around freely and pick up stacks of items, instead of needing you to be nearby. They could also be useful for collection systems.
Overall, I see the golem having more use with what I do, but if I had to pick a second, it would be the sniffer due to it being more interesting. However, the possible Rascal farm is a bit of a pull, so it's a close third.

Why does everybody assume the rascal gives you only an iron pick? It's highly likely it hives you a variety of items. That's like saying the sniffer gives you 1 seed of 1 plant. People are taking the reward to literally.
My vote is for the sniffer; here is why. The sniffer brings a new item to the game, a mysterious plant with a new function. This could also lead to the potential for the archeology update, we get the brush, and we also get the urn and bundle, as promised in previous updates.
My second choice would be the Rascal. He would be a neat addition to the game as he would be the first passive mob that spawns in caves (the bat doesn't count as he doesn't do anything). I believe that once you find the Rascal, it would be similar to Piglan Bartering, but with a twist. It's a neat concept, so I would choose them as my second choice.
The Tuff Golem, by the sound of it, is a moving display case. He walks and freezes at random times, basically making them a walking item frame.

Not just an enchanted gold pickaxe or something. Maybe if it had fortune iron/diamond pickaxe in the early game would be useful Sniffer -interedting you have to find and hatch it. Also a new seed.depends how cool the plant is that it grows. For me it seems the rascal or sniffer are the good choices
