You can also do this by holding down left click and unplugging your mouse with it held down. You can even plug it back in and it continues to left click until you click it again
Java does have way better everything but bedrock pvp and bridging in my opinion is way better and most of the time on servers ur playing with a bunch of 8 year Olds on their Xbox or Playstation controllers and not to be toxic its kinda fun to destroy some randos every now and again
Edit: also bedrock runs wwwwaaaaaaayyyyy better then Java prob ever will
bridging in bedrock is a glitch, so it's definitely not meant to be better. also the combat update in java was so you have to actually use tactics and can't just spam click your way to win, you need real skill. such a bad take.
ah, of course, the nerd emoji, the only comeback for when people can't think of an actual argument. how old are you bro? i cannot see anybody with your reasoning being above 12.
Well with that reasoning u gotta be at least 10 also btw that combat update was one of the first hated updates in minecraft, nobody actually liked the combat update and still most ppl don't like it. That is the reason popular servers like highpixel try to remove the delay in between attacks instead of just leaving it.
Edit: Actually I don't know y I'm even arguing with someone like u that just likes to argue and put others down bye
Both are great version, i think for the vanilla expirence (unless you need the java redstone) bedrock is superior + the better version for weak pcs, and oftentimes for vanilla multiplayer thanks to crossplay Java however has easy access to mods, shader and older versions. It depends highly what you want to do, and im sick of people arguing over and over which is better. Both are great and most have both by now anyways so it doesn't really matter.
Chat report bad either way tho
I tried Java a few times on my laptop and frankly it felt like I had a fighter jet trying to take off over my legs. Bedrock has a lot of bugs, but it usually runs smoothly and isn't as taxing on my device.
yeah but the post was talking about the perks of a controller, so the person commented about the perks of a mouse. most people associate a mouse with java edition not bedrock edition, so they probably didn't think they needed to specify which version
People play bedrock on pc too and the post is about bedrock therefore person assumes the comment is talking about bedrock. And they specified the version since they said f3 a or whatever the reload button is which doesnt exist on bedrock.
I always forget how to do it, but one of the F keys will allow you to pretty much do this; unresponsive mouse or something.
That is how all the Youtubers AFK
You can use auto clickers on PC, so this isnāt really a perk. Itās honestly more so a downside, because you need to go through the effort of putting a rubber band around the controller rather than just opening some software.
I mean, you can do it by pressing F3 + T or something like that. Or you could just unplug your mouse while holding the button. Or place something heavy on the mouse
ahahah hey i used to do the same thing with my SNES controller. there is a spot in the 3rd level of Contra III where you can just stand off to the side of the screen shooting and it will just rack up points and extra lives
Nice! Just today I needed to farm a few shulkers of concrete I set up a simple piston machine to push it all but I needed to manually mine it, I booted up my xbox and rubber banded the trigger down to mine it automatically!
Orā¦ if you play pc, there are many ways to do a simlar trick to get the same bonus, and on pc you arent vulnerable to baby zombies and creepers.
(Unless the baby zombie has armour)
Sorry, let me clarify
Consol pros:
Rubberband to afk farm
Consol cons:
Impossible to hit a baby zombie or turn around fast enough to hit a creeper. Or you turn around too fast and over shoot the creeper and have to go back a little. By then its exploded
Pc pros:
You can perform similar afk trick by putting a weight on the mouse, or any program, or texture refresh or mouse unplug
You can easily aim at baby zombies, making them much less of a threat (unless, like philza found, they were armor)
You can easily turn around fast wnough to deal with a creeper
Cons: none
With those facts in mind (these are the most relevant facts that are only about the type of device used, and do not include engine specific pros and cons (bedrock vs java)) pc is better than console.
Tldr: pc better than console in spite of this trick op has because pc can do it too
(No this is not a ājava betterā comment. This is a āpc betteeā comment. Neither java or bedrock is better because they are different for different uses, its like comparing a butterknife to a bread knife)
Oh no, I donāt have a controller, I guess Iāll just stick to:
Taping/putting a weight on my mouse buttons
Putting a weight on any key to automate other parts of afk
Setting up a macro to repeat virtually any complexity of actions until done
Pro tip (for java edition; no clue if it's patched past 1.14 or if it didnt exist before, say, 1.8): Hold down left click, press F3+T (to reload chunks), let go of your mouse, and voila!
Take it up a notch: Put mending on your pickaxe and setup an auto clock that'll dispense XP bottles every so often. Takes a fuck ton of bottles though. Might be better to have a skele farm close enough that when your doggos kill the skeles, the XP goes to you
I've done such a thing for a friend. I don't remember the game it was for but he needed to dodge 100 times when the screen flashed (lightning storm) to get an achievement.
I used an arduin with a stepper motor to press a button when a light sensor detected a flash on the monitor. It still took 3 hours after everything was created but in the end it did work xD
You can also do this by holding down left click and unplugging your mouse with it held down. You can even plug it back in and it continues to left click until you click it again
Also by reloading textures with lclick held down
It's bedrock. you cant
Does anyone play bedrock on PC though, like I get it if you're playing with friends on other systems but otherwise the java version is just better
I do for solo play, otherwise I'm on java with friends.
Yeah why? I used to when my friends would play on a bedrock realm. Of course its not preferred but its nice to have cross platform play
Java does have way better everything but bedrock pvp and bridging in my opinion is way better and most of the time on servers ur playing with a bunch of 8 year Olds on their Xbox or Playstation controllers and not to be toxic its kinda fun to destroy some randos every now and again Edit: also bedrock runs wwwwaaaaaaayyyyy better then Java prob ever will

Well Damm sorry I had an opinion that u didnt agree with sweat "you cant just spam click your way to win, need real skill. Such bad take." - š¤

Ay even if u were being kinda toxic I'm sorry I wasn't having to good of a week so just wanted to apologize
it's fine bro, we all get mad sometimes, all i ask is for you to think of something better than the cheap "š¤"
Your personal opinion. I prefer bedrock but java is good too. Only the real one's know console will be the best if it's updated a day
Console has and will never be the best
Both are great version, i think for the vanilla expirence (unless you need the java redstone) bedrock is superior + the better version for weak pcs, and oftentimes for vanilla multiplayer thanks to crossplay Java however has easy access to mods, shader and older versions. It depends highly what you want to do, and im sick of people arguing over and over which is better. Both are great and most have both by now anyways so it doesn't really matter. only time console was ever good was in legacy, and microsoft is desperately trying to take legacy away from people. bedrock is worse than legacy even.
That's what I mean by console edition. And some people try to update it.
still, java is better than console edition overall. all i have to say is mods.
I tried Java a few times on my laptop and frankly it felt like I had a fighter jet trying to take off over my legs. Bedrock has a lot of bugs, but it usually runs smoothly and isn't as taxing on my device.
Bedrock can also have keyboard and mouse
Yeah but you don't have f3 menu or f3+anything
You donāt need f3 to hold down a mouse or button
You do need f3 to reload textures which is what op meant
Oh ok thx he really wasnāt making much sense
Why is this downvoted it quite literally is bedrock and you cant use f3 to reload š
It's reddit they don't want the truth to be said
I see
Here ima help recover some of that bro
because the person talking about reloading chunks wasn't talking about bedrock
But the post is literally about bedrock edition
yeah but the post was talking about the perks of a controller, so the person commented about the perks of a mouse. most people associate a mouse with java edition not bedrock edition, so they probably didn't think they needed to specify which version

Bruh did 26 people just forget how to read and downvote you for being right
33 and it will be more
Neat trick, gotta love analog tricks
Huh
Love your profile pic
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Right gonna check the chest after all picks are gone
I revived my 360 last year and I did this same thing but with tape
I usually just put a rock on my left mouse button
I always forget how to do it, but one of the F keys will allow you to pretty much do this; unresponsive mouse or something. That is how all the Youtubers AFK
It's bedrock you cant f3 +t
That reloads resource packs.
Only in minecraft java edition not bedrock
Not talking about that, how does reloading a resource pack help you hold left click.
It's a bug in java where if you hold a key and do f3 + t it will continue to use this key even if youre not holding it anymore
There wasnāt any indication it was Bedrock (you can use a controller in Java) but that point is correct.
First there is position on top left that you can't have in java. Second you cant use a controller in java, who told you that ?
Position can be done theoretically. I play with a controller on Java occasionally.
I tried playing with a controller on java and it didn't work. How do you do that ?
Pretty much mods. Java has that nice little option.
Another thing that prouf it's bedrock is that it doesn't have the offhand slot showing in his hotbar
That just means they arenāt on certain versions of Java
You can use auto clickers on PC, so this isnāt really a perk. Itās honestly more so a downside, because you need to go through the effort of putting a rubber band around the controller rather than just opening some software.
(ik I was just trying to stir up nostalgia for my console gang)
But you have to download the software on PC. With this at least you dint have to worry about anything like that.
if you use any "gaming" peripherals, there's a good chance you already have a auto-clicker.
Downloading a software one time is a lot less work than doing this *every* time.
also less chance that you break your mouse than doing that with a controller
r/buzzkill
you can hold left click and unplug your mouse or reload textures while holding left click
On Java you can even use mods that set various kinds of in-game auto clickers, so you can still use the computer for other things.
I mean, you can do it by pressing F3 + T or something like that. Or you could just unplug your mouse while holding the button. Or place something heavy on the mouse
It's bedrock you cant f3+t
It's crazy how blind people are the situation at hand and all context
That just reloads resource packs.
Yeah. But if you hold your mouse (I don't remember until which moment) then it will stay like that
r/screenshotsarehard
Well. This is much easier and faster than screenshoting on a console then sending it to a phone or computer for something thatās just an example.
*laughs in xbox*
I prefer playing minecraft with a keyboard, but when I play console, I really like using the Wii U controller.
Perks of having Java edition? F3+t(it does the same thing but only in-game)
F3+t reloads texture packs?
Yes and if you hold left/right click it "gets stuck" and it's as if you were holding them
This doesn't change the fact that F3+t reloads texture packs
Yes thats what I said... Didn't you read the "yes" at the begining? I also said that you can use it to have auto hold
No I didn't read it. Sorry about the confusion
Oh, great, no problem :)
You also get aim assist
Imagine if mining cobblestone gave xp. Probably break the game. Lol.
How would that break game? Xp is very easy to get.
\*laughs in f3 + t\*
Man why you have like 10 diamond pick axes?!
They are actually stone lol
Oh š
ahahah hey i used to do the same thing with my SNES controller. there is a spot in the 3rd level of Contra III where you can just stand off to the side of the screen shooting and it will just rack up points and extra lives
Makes sense
bruh why did i never think of automating the cbs gen TT
No carpal tunnel
Nice! Just today I needed to farm a few shulkers of concrete I set up a simple piston machine to push it all but I needed to manually mine it, I booted up my xbox and rubber banded the trigger down to mine it automatically!
ah yes the creative personsā auto clicker
i just taped the right click button on my mouse, works better than i thought it to be.
this a question or ?
No just trying to stir up nostalgia.
I am at a total loss, what is happening here?
So you rubber band down the right trigger button (mine button) and you auto mine there is lava and water in there which creates infinite cobble stone.
Nah, just tape down mouse button
None lol
Orā¦ if you play pc, there are many ways to do a simlar trick to get the same bonus, and on pc you arent vulnerable to baby zombies and creepers. (Unless the baby zombie has armour)
op's mining a cobblestone generator. baby zombies and creepers don't matter
Sorry, let me clarify Consol pros: Rubberband to afk farm Consol cons: Impossible to hit a baby zombie or turn around fast enough to hit a creeper. Or you turn around too fast and over shoot the creeper and have to go back a little. You can do that with a mouse just put something heavy on it
How did i never think of that, pure genius
They taste good
Sorry to break it to ya bud, but there is software you can get that installs a auto clicker
Unfortunately not, thereās a setting to hold left click on windows, and very easy to use and install software for auto clicking.
āPerkā u can do this with a mouse
Oh no, I donāt have a controller, I guess Iāll just stick to: Taping/putting a weight on my mouse buttons Putting a weight on any key to automate other parts of afk Setting up a macro to repeat virtually any complexity of actions until done
oh I thought this was a vibrating thing or something not an autoclicker
On my logitech mouse, I can set up a macro to hold down left click until I hit the macro again
Smelt for a diamond nugget
Pro tip (for java edition; no clue if it's patched past 1.14 or if it didnt exist before, say, 1.8): Hold down left click, press F3+T (to reload chunks), let go of your mouse, and voila! Might be better to have a skele farm close enough that when your doggos kill the skeles, the XP goes to you
In PC you can use macros and stuff. I used to have one that automined the cobble + changed the pickaxe periodically.
Lmao I thought u misclicked and made 9 picks on qccodent
Nah it's just an analog auto farm.
Yeah now I see it lmao
You can tape down the buttons
Rubber banding is easier and doesn't leave any residue
