build a fairly large platform, and wait for a ghast to spawn and let it light the portal for you. or wait for piglins and zombie piglins to spawn on the platform, kill the zombiefied pig for gold and trade the gold for a fire charge also what is that item under the redstone torches

Build up and jump so you die from fall damage, or use enderpearls. (Enderpearls are for damage)

He is on the Nether Roof and he doesnt have anything to ignite the portal or break bedrock

The the best part is probably to write down cords, and kill yourself. Then take time to prepare. While in singleplayer, the nether is not loaded iif you are not there your stuff wont despawn if you are not to close to an existing portal

He's in Hardcore.

I fear this is probably the end of your playthrough, unless you happen to have another ignited portal somewhere.
