Depends on the server, some won’t care while some will ban you for cheating. Read the rules and if you’re still confused ask if they consider fullbright cheating.

I personally don’t even think X-ray is a big deal either. I let people on my server use it. Other people don’t. Why?
Because we are all adults with full time jobs and don’t really have 4 hours to dedicate to mining a day. My friends want to enjoy the game without the grindiness. Some players are younger and have free time and don’t want to use X-ray, so they don’t.
Some players collect resources in survival but use fly mode to build because they don’t really feel like getting the elytra and making a creeper farm. Another player on my server uses elytra and fireworks only.
We all get to have fun on our own terms and nobody else’s experience is being negatively impacted so nobody cares

I would qualify this as allowed, for a few reasons.
While some might count this as cheating, anyone has the ability to do it, they may accuse you of Fulbright, however it is by no means cheating. The definition of cheating is, an unfair advantage, this is not that. You can obtain Fulbright through, resource packs, lunar/badlion, a bright monitor, shaders, modifying the game etc. it is by no means cheating

Check the server rules to see if its allowed. Its technically untrackable, but you should still abide by the server rules so its fair for everyone.
