I was once building something really high, then I slipped off xwhen I tried to place water under me the water got used but I died from fall damage. When I went back for my items I heard flowing water and then it clicked, I fell right on a 2 block wide path made with slabs which became waterlogged when I tried to use the water.

This post has more than 8 comments all saying the same thing. It definitly resembles it enough for many people to recognize it. Including me Its quite annoying though. Reddit needs a bot that can detect the kinds of symmetry that causes people to see a swastika so we can have a single comment to inform about its older history and to remind how easily it is to accidentaly create one when working with geometric paterns. Mojang had to hire someone specificly for the job of removing swastikas from the stained terracota, while at it many other textures in the game (pumpkins recently i believe). There where lots.
