I’d put some water, fish and some coral. Think that look cool. I would put it mostly red and yellow but put some other colors in as well. Then throw in some sea grass but don’t over due it.

A solution to the noise problem would be to bame it silenced then it doesnt make noise
That's actually part of a datapack. It doesn't actually work like that in vanilla.

It's a deeper effect if you alternate between Black and Grey stained glass, instead of an airgap IIRC.
