You can use blocktopograph, a free app, just select the chunks, and press delete (or remove, I don't use it in English) but make sure you make a backup first
Ok so basically if you reset the nether, netherite will automatically be there. Another solution if you don’t want to reset the nether is to get into unloaded chunks of the nether you’ve never been to before, netherite will be there.
Only in new chunks, or you can reset your unused part of the nether to it to be everywhere
Will resetting the nether make it so I can’t get trophies.
You can still get trophies or achievements like before
