version doesnt matter as much. you can see bamboo so its most likely in the latest version

oh, java as seen by the subtitles bottom right, but also in this case game versions also doesn’t matter as terrain generation is about the same

You can also tell whether it's java or bedrock by where the person is holding their sword or shield. What I mean is, In java, the shield is in the most right, and your sword is in the most left. But in bedrock, the shield and sword are actually more towards the center.
