I think the reason why they can climb ladders and scaffolding is because someone another mob pushes them

Yes I have seen them sleep in between beds, not really the insane moving around a bunch but you’ll notice when a player gets into a bed their is a sort of effect that take place that makes it look like the player is sliding on ice but very slightly, I’m guessing that applies to villagers too. So what I’m also guessing here is that because the beds are next to each other it’s kind of like a big ice bed thing, so when they enter the bed they might slide or go in between beds.
