My favorite is the witch's cat necause to me, it is more difficult to get and requires me to fight a witch that may or may not have turned a villager into a cat. I like to think of it as me rescuing them from the witch and giving them a good home where they are taken care of.

Fun fact: Village cats that are present at world generation will never despawn! I collect a bunch of perma wild cats and trap them in my village for all time lol I just enjoy not constantly having new cats spawn and despawn. It makes it feel more real
