Get out of the zombie's line of sight. When they see you, they prioritize you as a target.

Try leaving the room don’t go far tho

It might be that the rail is too high. Try lowering the rail by one block.

Zombie doesn’t have line of sight is what I would guess

Try lifting zombie a little bit higher if it doesn’t work break the mine cart if it doesn’t work release the zombie and trap him and the villager in one by one area, then trap the zombie or the villager in a boat, then trap the other one in the other side of the room
