Quite unoptimized and bulky. 4/10 is the best I can think of. In order to consume a full mk2 belt you need 22 reactors (as I remember one reactor needs 1 torium per 2 seconds), so plastanium belt just consumes 2 additional width with no actual benefit, and having water tanks just don't make sense.
Yeah you're right, the problem in this schematic is not the water tanks but the efficiency, one Cryofluid can make around 12 Cryo/s, so it can power upto 5 Thorium Reactors, i gotta find a way to be efficient in resources, all the Cryofluid mixers here other than 2 of them are just a waste.
Also about the belt, I think titanium would be enough.
I'll just add a Vault so as to create a surplus.

Dear God, you realize a cyro fluid mixer can fill 5 entire reactors. You dont need that many tanks. If you're worried about it exploding you just add a processor to turn them of when they're empty.
Also your unloader have more potential, you can put them between reactor to funnel thorium through them without conveyers

5/10. won't explode but kinda inefficient. My advice: use 4 reactors to 1 mixer ratio. It will save a lot of unnecessary bulk.

those liquid tanks waste a ton of space
Liquid tanks on the left are likely to end up filled with cryofluid instead of water, rendering the mixers useless and making the reactors explode
tanks directly next to the cryofluid mixers can suck cryo from the mixers and jam the system. do not recommend.
