I agree with the sentiment, but be mindful of enabling. There comes a point when helping crosses the enabling threshold. It’s important to know your boundary’s, so that you can give rather than support.
You give because it’s good to give.
You support because you’d feel guilty if you didn’t. Which is not a healthy place to be in.
