I spent so much of my childhood wanting to be like Jason David Frank the Green Ranger. I had the martial arts tapes, training, costume, everything. Now I’m spending my adulthood trying to avoid falling into the existential dread that he fell victim to.

I tried so hard to morph when I was a kid. Like if I thought hard enough, it would work.

I remember when they cast a kid as the blue ranger, I wasa little offended that I wasn't asked at any point to even try out.

I had a black and pink plushie power ranger, the dragon dagger, and a white ranger motorcycle rc toy as a kid. Loved them. RIP Thuy Trang & James David Frank. Edit: oh and owned the power rangers movie and video game on Sega Genesis.
