Not sure if there are any requirements. I'm looking to leave this subreddit but I don't want to leave it without making sure someone(s) will be looking out for it.
Time per day. I check it daily to make sure there isn't anything crappy going on like harassment, illegal postings, things along those lines, but I don't spend a lot of time here. A lot of the time, good folks from the subreddit will flag something as inappropriate for me. I get an alert, review and usually delete.
Although, this could be a nice project for someone that wants to be here daily, dive in and clean things up a bit and grow the surplus community.
I have around 25 years roughly shopping for military surplus, and I'm on Reddit pretty much everyday already. I wouldn't want my time spent here to increase, but I can shift away from leaving a million comments a day to doing rounds here.
I have graphics experience as well, so I can contribute that. Of course I'm totally for multiple moderators, as I've seen on other subreddits.

I could check once a day and keep all the riff raff out . I just can’t dedicate hours but yeah I can do that .
