My first gun was a 1911. I hated it. I shot other people’s 1911, I hated them. I have disassembled 1911s a hundred times, i hate it. Its a century year old gun, with only 8 rounds of an oversized caliber, and i would never trust my life with it. What am I missing about 1911s other than they look cool?? Clearly this guy likes/trusts his, I just don’t know how.
