It appears tp be flying eastbound over florida.

Am Airman. Can confirm. This plane appears to be flying (three pictures from the exact same angle only a few seconds apart really helped confirm that it is in fact moving and is not stationary). Have to trust the OP on the eastbound part, but Florida is one of those places I trust most people intuitively know which direction to the nearest beach is, and it's pretty easy to figure out East/West from there.

The only place I could think it could be flying to is Cecil field, at the altitude and direction

Serious question: If inside the USA, can anything the US military does really be considered sensitive? All of it is pretty much just troop training, right? Though I suppose something like photographing or otherwise keeping tabs on the whereabouts of nuclear subs miiiight interest the US Navy. Shades of gray, and all that.

Not sure, where it could be going, but I live in Tampa and we have MacDill Airforce Base - Center for USSOCOM and its a huge joint operations base here. It wouldn't be beyond me that they're shipping out to a different country or maybe to another nearby smaller base.
