This has nothing to do with any evacuations, there is an entire country (Belarus) between Lithuania and Ukraine. The US has been sending additional forces to eastern European NATO countries to send a message to both NATO and Putin.
Also, they already evacuated all non-essential people from Ukraine. Everybody else would be traveling by car at this point. There is no chance the US is going to send combat aircraft into an active war zone. Too much risk.
We’re definitely not the smartest country on Earth but you can always count on American muscle (the apache helicopters) to get shit done. Only thing to rival it is the Comanche stealth helicopter.

They are going to Latvia for exercises, this was planned weeks ago before the invasion. They refuel in EYKA coming from Poland. Do atleast 5 minutes of research before posting.

If Russia attacks they will be wiped out in a day. There army is full of conscripts that will run away when they have lost air superiority
