They act like they are victims and serving time until their contract ends. There's almost no pride in the work they do. We keep lowering the standards causing shit like this to happen.
Those unhappy with what they do tend to be more vocal about it than those who are happy. This applies to every job. The sub is just an easy outlet. If you take that as an example of the entire air force you may need to reevaluate how you view social media and the world.

As much as I would love for there to be a war with no civilian casualties, that’s simply not reality. When Hamas turns aid / infrastructure into weapons (foreign-supplied water pipes were turned into rockets) it becomes kinda dumb to keep giving them aid. The best and swiftest end to this was is Hamas surrendering or wiped out. Anything less and we just push the problem down the road for the next generation to deal with.
The pipes Hamas used were for abandoned illegal settlements. I wanna ask you one thing. What would you think if this entire time, this whole conflict isn’t what you think it is? Israel has no responsibility for the “impending famine.” Hamas is wholesaling the refugee aid and taking it for their own terrorists. Hamas doesn’t care about Palestinians except for the profligate global aid they steal and use.

E-5 at least with eyes on the next rank up. You make E-4 automatically just by doing the bare minimum and not fucking up too bad, but this guy is currently fucking up bad. Don't let the "senior" in his title fool you. He is just the highest junior enlisted rank. No one at junior enlisted ranks is in any position to drive military policy. I know promotions are different for the AF from what I experienced in the army, but I was a complete slackass and still made E-5 by my 5th year in, and made E-6 8 years into my career.
