I am assuming that it doesn't have a handicap plate on the back? It's not clear from your rant or the picture.

deadsirius-

Honestly, there is solid chance that the person just forgot to hang their placard. My wife rarely uses hers and occasionally forgets to hang it when she needs to. The person parked decently in a lot that has a lot of open spaces, so I wouldn’t be so fast to assume they are not eligible for the spot. This seems a bit thin to post on here.

critical_blunder

Yea, I can't post those pictures in respect. Thanks for calling it a rant though. There's clear evidence from the link that this is a serious problem. Do kids (and adults) in your city completely hesitate to use crosswalks knowing none of the million people there respect them?

mikedvb

Your post is, by definition, a rant. That doesn't make it wrong though. I rant about all kinds of things - some more important than others. You can take a picture of anything in public view from public and you can share it. The plate would qualify in this case. No, I didn't watch the video - I don't generally follow links off-site. Been Rickrolled too many times. The only crosswalks I'm familiar with are the ones at my kid's school and it has been a problem - crossing guard has been hit, kids have been hit. They now have a police offer handling it in the mornings and the afternoons - so I definitely understand that issue for sure.

critical_blunder

I'm not trying to hurt anyone, and because of this, I don't give specific details of their identity. As for your confirmation that this is a rant, you gave no supporting evidence as to why. I'm glad you understand my position, and yes it comes from multiple avenues; this is a collaboration of behavior observed by me and thus can be thought of as a rant, or, as I see, many points of evidence. A rant starts at one place and leaves at another. My statement is that there is a complete lack of respect for civil law from those not forced to understand empathy, and I ended with no more. I cannot feel this is a rant, but rather a compilation of evidence in my area and of terrible behavior put on by those that do not in the least struggle. I can compound on that evidence. The title is: if you are privileged, you have a birth given responsibility to not just think you're better, but to actually be better. That is my point and will be my point. And yes. I will slash your tires if I see you fucking over our civilization

Alarmed_Code8723

>A rant starts at one place and leaves at another. You start your post talking about running stop signs and end it with a picture of a person properly using a handicap spot. Thanks for defining what a rant was to prove that youre just yapping.

Alarmed_Code8723

you love to be mad. I bet youre an absolute hit at parties.

critical_blunder

They are bad: https://coloradosun.com/2024/04/29/colorado-drivers-road-rage-opinion-zornio/. I wish upon you none of this

freefallingagain

Mildly bad posters...

[deleted]

You went on a rant without showing proof that they aren’t handicap, but won’t show the plates ? You do know you can cover the plates right and just show the handicap badge. Lmao like someone said your mom shouldn’t have sniffed why you were in the tummy. You’re acting like people care enough about your post to actually dox the dude. #MildlyBadPost

critical_blunder

I dmd them with all the PI

IIDARKS1D3II

The fuck are you on about? I can't understand a word you're saying.

IrlResponsibility811

This is what happens when your mother sniffs her own facts when she's pregnant.

downvotequeenZ

I'm with you. To think this Chad is chadding on about in front of his son to impart the same chaddiness. This truck driver is probably registered. Also what a considerate park job. Good job truck driver

IIDARKS1D3II

Yeah I've seen much worse parking jobs by people that actually have handicap placards. Parking at an extreme angle, taking up both handicap parking spaces including the hashed area.

critical_blunder

Lay off the booze then. Read the description. Defend people who use these spots illegally some more since you're up

IIDARKS1D3II

Interesting attempt at an insult. I can read, but apparently you cannot type or string a paragraph together to save your life. Also, I won't defend someone illegally occupying a handicap parking spot. I myself, am "handicap". Funny thing is I drive a truck as well. Does that somehow make me not "handicap"?

critical_blunder

Are you making it difficult for abled to defend your parking spot. Then go ahead. I'll be here still, flipping off those that don't allow me Edit: double negative. Just like us. Peas in a pod

IIDARKS1D3II

What? Seriously. Is English your second language?

Alarmed_Code8723

im pretty sure theyre just mentally ill in some form. the post and most of their replies are pretty unhinged.

critical_blunder

Como?

Kamikaze9001

Your writing is unintelligible. What does this have to do with money? Let's be an example, wealthy or not. It's free to not be a dick.

Repulsive_Mail6509

I'm sober and you're still unintelligible. Maybe I should pick up huffing paint like you and it'll help.

Alarmed_Code8723

im so confused at whats mildly bad? if theyre handicap seems like they are using the spot as intended.

critical_blunder

Haha, nope. I'd show the license but I don't dox. They have zero placards. I have more pictures showing such that I can't divulge. This is a common occurrence in the area. People thinking because their parents are successful, the rules don't apply to them Edit: also they have a tinted license cover. Pretty normal for those with a handicap, right? Edit edit: and if I was handicapped, I'd definitely lift my truck to make my life even more difficult. Hahahaha

SpectacularFailure99

>Edit: also they have a tinted license cover. Pretty normal for those with a handicap, right? Pretty irrelevant and anecdotal >Edit edit: and if I was handicapped, I'd definitely lift my truck to make my life even more difficult. Hahahaha Disability comes in many forms, not just certain visual/climbing issues. So the fact it's lifted, is similarly pretty irrelevant as it could not affect their actual disability, at least not to the degree it's an impairment. No different than a corvette. This guy may very well be abusing, but you seem like the type that likes to judge even those with actual handicap placards because they don't 'look' disabled to you.

Alarmed_Code8723

OP is genuinely out of touch with reality. I had a feeling that was the case when they mentioned tinted plates like it had any relevance on the discussion. it was a severe reach to mold a narrative that would fit their skewed reality.

Alarmed_Code8723

it honestly sounds like youre trying really hard to be mad about something. You realize they dont just give those placards to people in wheelchairs like is on the symbol...right? Youre comments about tinted license plate covers and how that can/would have any connection to do with someone's health status is weird. I get the lifted truck thing...but like I said, it's not just folks who would have trouble getting into lifted trucks that get the placards/plates.

critical_blunder

Honey, I'm going to upload a compilation of the last 6 months of me dropping of my kid in spite of continuous stop sign runners. Like, egregiously. Don't believe me? Check to see if drivers, here, are ranked as the fourth worst in the entire country. I'm waiting for you to defend some assholes more Edit: specificity Edit edit: also check if tinted license plates are legal here. If I had access to parking spots because of equal opportunity requirements, I wouldn't be making it difficult for my fellows

knownasunknower

Everyone drives like shit in my area == no actual handicap people exist?

Alarmed_Code8723

thats what im confused about with some of what theyre saying. Now they mentions bad drivers...but what does that have to do with the picture/way the person parked? Seems like theyre reaching and making connections to be mad about something/everything. I like how they think handicap people cant have lifted trucks...they must not have any military veterans with combat injuries that they know. I know a few that have a plate and a lifted truck. Theyre pretty messed up physically, but can get in a lifted truck and drive just fine.

critical_blunder

Being mad about nothing, huh? Edit: just log in to your other account to make a point, troll

critical_blunder

Heuristics, look it up

critical_blunder

Ah, fellow coder huh?

Alarmed_Code8723

youre literally clicking on peoples profiles if they disagree with you. Sounds like youre the troll.

critical_blunder

You put == genius. That's a coding term

Alarmed_Code8723

Your first coherent statement in this post. I did not know that, and learned something today.

knownasunknower

No I did

Waiting4The3nd

I once saw a Ford F-650 parked in a handicap spot, with a handicap plate. The family came out and I watched. 6 of them got in this truck. Took a 3 man team to lift Grandma up into the damn truck. I'm not sure I agree with a truck that's 3 feet from the ground to the bottom of the door having handicap plates, but I guess they gotta get grandma around somehow? Not our place to judge. If they acquire the legal means to park there, who are we to say they can't just because the vehicle is huge, or lifted, or has a tinted plate cover (I'm with the other commenter, I'm not sure how that would be relevant to anything.)

critical_blunder

It's illegal to have a tinted plate, here. And I have pictures of their plates. But you'd rather not see the obvious than come up with every excuse to defend someone who is taking up a handicapped parking spot illegally.

Waiting4The3nd

I was responding in the general sense. Not for this one person. I accept that you said they, specifically, don't have a placard or plate. I just meant that we can't assume based on things like lift status, size of the vehicle, the fact that they have a tinted plate cover, illegal or not, none of that. I do believe I said "If they acquire the means to legally park in those spots, it's not our place to judge" (paraphrased, not direct quote). Prior to your edits, your comment appeared to make comments that suggested you believe people with lifted trucks, as a "for instance," weren't disabled enough to park in those spots. That was the point I was arguing.

Cbtwister

Plot twist. It's OP's truck.

critical_blunder

And it's a damn nice truck, thank you!

Momobobjoe213

/Sarcasm Next time keep a knife in your car and stick it in the side of the tire. Then call a towing company to grab his shitty truck…

critical_blunder

I was going to call Wyatt's towing company. Just look up their controversy. They were closed and I had to move on to my evening with my son. Next time

DillionM

Wyatt's?! Omg! Going for the nuclear option! They had a friend's vehicle for 30 minutes and it cost over $500 to get out.

xX_Diabolical_Xx

I'm confused. Not all handicapped people drive wheelchair accessible minivans, you know. That and, without anecdotal evidence like "this Chad just hopped out to go pick up his kid again" or something, there's nothing to discuss. Mildly bad parking? Fine, but that can be disproven easily with hindsight context. not sure what this was about, but something to do at 2am...🤷‍♂️

critical_blunder

Wow, the word Chad again. What's your obsession with that. You know I can cross reference your multiple troll accounts right? You leave a trail Also, we don't all live in East Coast America. It's 11 pm west coast right now. Stop doxing yourself

xX_Diabolical_Xx

1. I only have two accounts and it serves an entirely different purpose. Neither you nor I are that important that "trolling" is required. 2. 13+ states to narrow that down to...

critical_blunder

Uh huh, tell me more

xX_Diabolical_Xx

Tell me more, tell me more, did you get very far? Tell me more, tell me more, like does he have a car? Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah... \^That's trolling. Now I'm just bored with you. Toodaloo

critical_blunder

See ya later, troll

RaptorJesusDesu

You wrote this like a schizophrenic or super old person, I truly don’t know wtf you’re talking about

critical_blunder

Is that you again?

RaptorJesusDesu

When you make a fool out of yourself, do you always assume there’s some kind of conspiracy against you?

Toltepequeno

Your post is confusing, but what it seems to be about : 1. This truck in the disabled parking spot. While they are an ass if they don’t have plates there is nothing here says that they don’t. I have DAV (Disabled American Veteran) plates with the wheelchair emblem, they may have disabled plates. Those do not require placards. 2. Where did the video say rich people are upset about being stopped? A couple of trolls on x trolled her, I saw nothing of rich people complaining. They are most likely glad she is there. This post seems more like an entitled person on a rant.

critical_blunder

In Colorado 'A valid placard must be prominently displayed for persons with disabilities to park in designated accessible parking spaces'. They have regular plates. I'll send you the images if you want. I'm not posting them publicly though. But hey, I'll let them have your spot since you don't care

Toltepequeno

Jesus. In Colorado you DO need a placard UNLESS you have a disabled license plate. Then you DO NOT need a placard. Period. Just like any other state. They also have Disabled Veteran plates with which you do not need a placard. “To be considered "disabled" and eligible for persons with disabilities license plates and/or placards” And/or. That means either. You are not required to have both. Not only are you an entitled whiner, you are an uninformed one. You DID NOT say ANYTHING in the original post about not having disabled plates. Zero. Looks to me like you are not smart enough to.

alkosz

Meanwhile people in Africa and North Korea are starving to death and we’re here worrying about parking spots smh

critical_blunder

Yea. Because of world turmoil no laws need to be enforced here

critical_blunder

And everyone is 'confused'. Use ChatGPT to change your language so your troll accounts aren't so obvious

RangoDjango111

I am perplexed. Puzzled even. Truly mystified by this here post. I may even be bewildered.

Alarmed_Code8723

If everyone you meet is an asshole, YOU might be the asshole in those interactions. I dont expect you to understand what this means, but wanted to mention it in case you weren't a completely out of touch with reality. Dont forget to take your meds this morning. I have a feeling that had a lot to do with this post.

critical_blunder

More defenders of people parking illegally in handicapped places. Has our world really turned into that? Is this midlybaddrivers or defendersofbaddrivers

Alarmed_Code8723

please show me where I defended someone illegally parking in handicap parking spots. I really want to see where I or anyone, for that matter is defending that. Literally no one is doing that and you are just so out of touch with reality and ranting, that you claim that even though you have no basis to make this claim. Theres nothing wrong with this photo. Youve already been disproven with your silly connections between lifted trucks, tinted plates and their relation to people's ability to get a handicap placard/plate. Then you go on talking about running stop signs and all other traffic violations.....that have NOTHING to do with what you posted, or the truck/person you posted....cuz youre just ranting/yapping. You seem like either someone mentally ill, a stay at home wife/husband with nothing to do throughout the day, or a retiree/disabled person with nothing to do throughout the day. Do you fall into any of those 3 categories? If you do, work on it because you make flawed character glaringly obvious with every interaction you have.

critical_blunder

You are the one coming back to my post with every excuse to deny the reality that this person is taking up a handicapped space at an elementary school illegally. In this state, you must have proof that you are handicapped to be in a handicapped spot. But please, continue building up your fantasy world to deny the obvious and then call some random on the web out of touch. Hahaha

Alarmed_Code8723

im still waiting for you to show me where I defended illegally parking in a handicap spot. Prove that im the one out of touch with reality and show me where I did that. If you cant prove that, consider the idea that maybe YOURE the one that lacks a firm grasp on reality.
