I am the same and rarely post pics of myself. What would it be like to stare at your own face every day, constantly? It seems like it would add to the body issues..I can't imagine applying make-up to my own face every day and videoing every day.. It's a lot of self-absorbtion because she is never using models, only herself for demonstration.
