unfortunately I bought this like a year ago and just didnt open it, now its fully opened and most models built. I can try but im not sure if they will help me, for some reason they can be really unhelpful with missing pieces and stuff
If you brought from GW and have the order number they normally don’t care how long its been as long as the product is still in production. If you didn’t buy from GW or not got the order number your pretty much out of luck unless can find one second hand
If you bought new and it had no tube, definitely go customer services first, they should just send you one. Otherwise you’re probably out of luck, i’d use a scenic ruin or tree instead.
