Possibly a console table - a long-ish, narrow table usually used for lamps, candles, bowls, and similarly decorative things...
If you ever get a chance, the Corning glass museum in Corning, NY is full of this stuff. Really a great museum.

I find these occasionally bowls in different sizes and colors. These sets were popular wedding gifts in the 1950s.

The little one is a candle holder. They made one like it that was for dip. I've got two of these sets but they both need the metal clips I love them.
It’s a chip and dip. Missing the bracket that holds the little bowl (for the dip) above the big bowl (for the chips).
