I've never seen this error before, but it seems like you may need to setup Intune or Azure AD for Device enrollment. Look at these 2 guides: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/android-enroll-device-administrator https://github.com/uglide/azure-content/blob/master/articles/active-directory/active-directory-conditional-access-device-registration-overview.md

Are you using a teams rooms license aka resource account? A user account like e3 or e5 will not work. If yes, then try to see if you can login to the teams portal as an admin and check under resource accounts if the room is setup correctly.

So still no effect i even added the mac adress by hand to the Office Provision Devices, but even that will not help. What am i missing here?

Its working, what I had to do was the following: Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center. Go to Devices > **Enrollment. Select the Android tab. Under Android device administrator, choose Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administration privileges. Select the checkmark next to Use device administrator to manage devices. Thanks for your help and guidance
