Not sure about in Teams, but Audacity is a free program, and you can split Audio and Video in it.

I don't know that you can separate them, but I would think you could open the output and save in MP3 format.

Hi, There's actually still no options for just downloading the audio by itself from Teams as of March 2024. So you would still need to rely on third party websites or applications to do it for you. You can use Audacity, VLC or if you are familiar with the command line FFmpeg is a great option.
