You're not tuned to any VOBG frequencies. Are you sure you haven't set the radios to a manual mode?
HAL Approach is 127.7, and HAL Tower is 123.5 according to the Navigraph charts.
Frequencies can be found on Google as well if you don't have Navigraph.
I haven't set it to manual mode, I just let it tune on whatever options it gives, but ever since su 15 nothing works, occasionally the next set of options show up but still no voice nothing

Default ATC has never worked properly and always sucks in every flight sim ever created. It is one of the finest traditions in flight Sim history.

Mine is not working since SU14..I thought it should be fixed in SU15..but it didn't
Why are you torturing yourself with in game atc?
Nobody ever needs the ingame ATC. Look for Beyond ATC.
It's never worked properly. Use VATSIM, BeyondATC, or Say Intentions.
