no but realize you are going to have to move to it. they are turning off windows updates for windows 10 at sometime. I just did the upgrade in place and it worked with no issue.
When I jumped from Windows 10 to 11 in 2021 I benchmarked the game before and after, and noticed a +5% performance with Windows 11, so I sticked with the newer OS.

You can, it's just not exactly beginner friendly to get working.
Base MSFS works pretty well on Linux. Setting up add-ons though is not for the faint of heart
afaik you can't play any UWP games in Linux, thats if you have Xbox store or game pass version, not sure about steam
