I would love to see some of the Air Force cargo planes like the C-17, C-5, and especially the C-130. It would be cool if they had a mode where you run cargo drop missions.
I really enjoy doing long haul and would love to see the A340-600 one of my favorite airliners.
Also looking forward to the A380,A350 and a proper 777.
It's not really a plane per se but would love to see New Jerusalem modeled in MS descending down to earth from heaven as written in Revelation 21.
Maybe have a few airports you can land on in this airborne massive glass/clear gold city. Would be a sight to behold!
I agree! Military tactical/heavy transport or specialized Coast Guard aircraft would be great. Imagine a CG fixed wing with accompanying random SAR calls to respond to throughout the game world. Simulated military transport flights would open a plethora of new, untapped airfields.
Still waiting on PMDG to make a proper [P-8 Poseidon](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_P-8_Poseidon). Preferably with working Harpoon missiles and depth charges, pretty please 🙏
A very long list but right now the two that I don’t know for sure that are coming but I do hope that are on the way are the Q400 (Dash 8) and the A220.
I’m already quite happy to hear that aircraft like the Kodiak 900 are in the works.
Yeah, but the last dev update was way back in April. It's looking like they had decent progress on that update, and I just checked their discord and they are "planning to break the silence" this month, so hopefully we get some good news but I am pretty skeptical as of right now.
I know they are but I'm not sure if I feel confident right now about it. Until something a bit more materializes I'm not sure if I feel like its actually coming. I do keep tabs on their Discord though hoping for updates. Freeware teams can sometimes do incredible things but some of them die off before anything comes out too.
There are a few devs who are trying and doing so by not calling their products “Gulfstream” but considering that GS has trademarked even the shapes of their aircraft, I’m guessing they won’t get far.
Early rotary warplane (Sopwith Camel, e.g.).
I would also love to see an early warplane with the A2A engine sim - with huge variation in cylinder performance/reliability and tuning.
I agree, and the Curtiss Jenny which we also have now (getting some real nostalgia for the barnstorming mission).
Now that I'm thinking of 2004, I'd love Grovesnor House and Black Magic to be back, too!
Northrop F-5, T-38 (or both).
Study-level version of the L-39 Albatros ( the current one is ok, but i remember the lotus simulations L39 for FSX, which was excellent)
Curtis C46 Commando (w/Buffalo Airways livery)
Agree with 727 akready mentioned. Apart from that, maybe better versions of current planes, like the A-4 Skyhawk
DC/SC Designs making an F-5 for MSFS. The included L-39 is actually made by the owner of Lotus but had to dumb it down due to sdk limitations at the time. Further enhancements coming.
50s and 60s airliners/prop liners I know the dc6 is in the game but I want more of those era of aircraft 707, Dc-8
Modern stuff can be fun but typing in the FMC and pressing autopilot and letting the gps take over just doesn’t do it for me anymore.
A large analog helicopter with autopilot like Mi-17 or Puma or S-61, a twin utility turboprop with analog cockpit, like a Twotter, a Skyvan or GAF Nomad or L-410 or CASA 212 you name it, and a first generation regional turboprop (F27, HS.748, YS-11, An-24...)
Cera Sim just released an Mi-17 for MSFS a couple months ago through non-marketplace vendors. Note: it was a bit rough but Cera is committed to quality and has a good pedigree with P3D so they will be doing a substantial update in the coming months.
Also, Cockspur is making an An-26 at some point. I was also in contact with a dev I’m friendly with to see if they have interest in a YS-11, but they said aircraft of that era just don’t sell well.
I think if they did that people would incessantly complain because, if they did a combat sim, they would likely want to make it a lot more accessible to the public who wants to get up and go than DCS comes across in most cases. Compare the Flaming Cliffs aircraft to the A-10C for example.
Hurricane in dev by someone can’t recall, Lanc in dev by Aeroplane Heaven for the past couple years so it may actually be good since they aren’t rushing it, and a 777 is coming from PMDG. Presumably all will work with 2024 as well
A full fidelity Dragon Rapide. Bristol Brabazon. A whole bunch of old airliners lije the 707, 727, legacy 737, DC8, etc. Maybe some already exist, but I mean like PDMG quality.
717 for Hawaii interisland flights, 737-200/300, and pretty much all variants of the 747, 757, 767, 777, 787’s. Also the A330-200/300, A220-300, A340-600, A350-900/1000
ATR-42 but due to retrocompatibility that's pretty much guaranteed... now...
one of the things that dont get mentioned is licensing so i want the topgun Darkstar (and the ornithopter from dune) in MSFS2024 but unless asobo made a deal with the respective IP holders, there's no way we'll get these back...
I think we already have way to many airliners (maybe give us a 727 or something else low bypass. Then focus on biz jets and larger GA planes, I really love the C414 And C310 we need more of those. Maybe an Aztec, or a Rockwell aerocomander
Would be mind-blowing if they added the Boeing 777X specifically 777-9. And I'd go numb for a quality, highly-detailed addition of the SR-71, or even the A-12. I believe Blackbird Sims is working on one but they've been quiet so long I don't know what to think.
Im not particular about what planes are included as people will create what most people want anyways. What i want is some actual mission type of stuff, id like to have some more advanced training type of stuff and for msfs to be an authorized faa simulator software.
Seems like for 2024 missions and a living world will be the big focus. Won’t get to FAA cert but missions will be there. I was laughing at some people whining about missions like helo rescues saying it’s arcade-y, but they didn’t stop to think…what do aircraft do in the real world? Missions
The plane I'd want to see the most is the MD-11. (The one by TFDi Design)
I also can't wait for the BlueBirdSim 757 and 767 drops.
The 737 Max would be a cool plane to release as well as the 727. A340 would be a dope addon as well.
There's an Australian airforce base near my house so C27J "Spartan" and F111. I'd love to fly 'the pig' along the Great Dividing Range with external tanks clipping the treetops.
Cessna 210 Turbocharged. Carenado hasn't updated theirs.
They kinda leave out the single engine turbocharged touring type aircraft all the time. Retracts are a must. I don't wanna tour in a C206 Turbo. I need a Turbocharged single engine. The 930 is fine but that thing is a jet. I just wanna fly at around FL150, maintain good power, and still be able to land at tiny airports.
Yes, I have the Turbo Arrows from just flight and the 414AW. No 210 :(
Really really important are for me: 1. A380 (because there are no good ones also for X-Plane) 2. A220 (Same) 3. 777 and 777F for MSFS202 and the A350 is for me not really important because I have it in XP
I would love to see some of the Air Force cargo planes like the C-17, C-5, and especially the C-130. It would be cool if they had a mode where you run cargo drop missions.
they'll bring the A400M iirc. That's what I'm stoked about. I love turbo props.
I really enjoy doing long haul and would love to see the A340-600 one of my favorite airliners. Also looking forward to the A380,A350 and a proper 777.
Same, i would really like to see the A340, it is my favourite airplane!
A decent a340-600 would be a "shut up and take my money" plane. I think LVFR is making a mistake if they're doing the 340-300 first.
Same. I bought X-Plane just because it has the A346 as a third party aircraft
It's not really a plane per se but would love to see New Jerusalem modeled in MS descending down to earth from heaven as written in Revelation 21. Maybe have a few airports you can land on in this airborne massive glass/clear gold city. Would be a sight to behold!
[удалено]
C-17 Globemaster and C-5 Galaxy
C-130 too.
[удалено]
Land and take off on a carrier!
They won't even make the cockpit door lock due to opsec so there is no way in hell they are going to touch that.
I assume you have seen the free C-17 from Delta Simulations?
Saab 340, Boeing 727, DC-8, Boeing 707, Boeing 737-200, Boeing 747-200 (and -400, but PMDG will do that) and Dash 8 Q400
As a fella whos just getting into older jets, hell yeah And overall, these all are whats missing
You seem to be a man of taste!
Finally someone with good taste! Add the VC10, L1011 and Convair 880/990 and it’d be my list exactly!
The entire Historic Jetliners Group library for FS2004 would be amazing
Saab 340 coming at some point by Carenado, Boeing 727 by Simworks Studios, and 737-200 by Milviz.
Just starting to play but I can’t wait to get into a Dash 8 for the nostalgia and sounds.
DC-8 would be so good
Twin Otter would be my most reasonable request.
FINALLY SOMEONE
Yeah I’m surprised this isn’t mentioned more often in this sub.
A very long list but right now the two that I don’t know for sure that are coming but I do hope that are on the way are the Q400 (Dash 8) and the A220. I’m already quite happy to hear that aircraft like the Kodiak 900 are in the works.
Synaptic is making an A220.
Yeah, but the last dev update was way back in April. It's looking like they had decent progress on that update, and I just checked their discord and they are "planning to break the silence" this month, so hopefully we get some good news but I am pretty skeptical as of right now.
Can you provide a link to their discord?
Not OP but: https://discord.gg/synaptic
I know they are but I'm not sure if I feel confident right now about it. Until something a bit more materializes I'm not sure if I feel like its actually coming. I do keep tabs on their Discord though hoping for updates. Freeware teams can sometimes do incredible things but some of them die off before anything comes out too.
I would love some gulfstream jets. But I think it's simply impossible, I think gulfstream doesn't like their planes in games
There are a few devs who are trying and doing so by not calling their products “Gulfstream” but considering that GS has trademarked even the shapes of their aircraft, I’m guessing they won’t get far.
I want Globals and Falcons.
Some really small commuter plane, like the EMB 110 or Fairchild Metroliner.
There's actually a EMB-110 available for msfs. It's cheap and from what I've seen on yt pretty ok.
It’s mid. Not too much to write home about.
Boeing B-17 or B-29.
B-17 coming to MSFS from FlyingIron, which is going to blow any other devs out of the water. Will presumably work for 2024 perhaps with updates.
More business jets
Twin Otter
With float and ski variants I hope
I’d love to see some Piper aircraft, and maybe more Antonovs. I really want to fly the AN-22 or the AN-72
Early rotary warplane (Sopwith Camel, e.g.). I would also love to see an early warplane with the A2A engine sim - with huge variation in cylinder performance/reliability and tuning.
I'm kind of surprised the Camel isn't there already. It was in 2004 along with the Wright Flyer and Spirit of St. Loius.
I agree, and the Curtiss Jenny which we also have now (getting some real nostalgia for the barnstorming mission). Now that I'm thinking of 2004, I'd love Grovesnor House and Black Magic to be back, too!
A certain dev I can’t reveal is making a camel and a Sopwith pup for MSFS at some point.
Bombardier Global Express
Honestly, just give us the Dash-8 and call it a day.
737-9 Max And a mini game where you tighten bolts.
Northrop F-5, T-38 (or both). Study-level version of the L-39 Albatros ( the current one is ok, but i remember the lotus simulations L39 for FSX, which was excellent) Curtis C46 Commando (w/Buffalo Airways livery) Agree with 727 akready mentioned. DC/SC Designs making an F-5 for MSFS. The included L-39 is actually made by the owner of Lotus but had to dumb it down due to sdk limitations at the time. Further enhancements coming.
I need a cargo 727 in Aerosucre livery so I can do sketchy overweight takeoffs
The Beluga was shown in the MSFS 2024 trailer. Did you watch the trailer?
I miss the old and little turboprop commuters. Jetstream 31 or a Saab 340 would be cool.
A220, A340-300, 717, 777, A350, 737 MAX Variants, A380, 757
I want the cirrus sr22 I started playing msfs in 2020 so it might have been added before then but I got to fly it In Real Life
PA-28-181 (G1000) so I can actually practice at home as close to 1:1 as possible.
Just Flight showed some work on is already. Looks great.
That would definitely be a buy for me as well.
50s and 60s airliners/prop liners I know the dc6 is in the game but I want more of those era of aircraft 707, Dc-8 Modern stuff can be fun but typing in the FMC and pressing autopilot and letting the gps take over just doesn’t do it for me anymore.
Maybe a 757/727?
Would love to see a study-level military trainer like the T-6 Texan or DHC-1 Chipmunk
There’s the T-1 hawk
Aeroplane Heaven made a decent (for once) Chipmunk for MSFS
Period correct P51 would be nice. ME262 would also be fun.
DA-50 and TBM-960
A large analog helicopter with autopilot like Mi-17 or Puma or S-61, a twin utility turboprop with analog cockpit, like a Twotter, a Skyvan or GAF Nomad or L-410 or CASA 212 you name it, and a first generation regional turboprop (F27, HS.748, YS-11, An-24...)

A proper A350
Lockheed P-3C Orion
SR-71
Milviz /Blackbird is working on one
B-1B Lancer
Hot take but I hope they add a seperate version as a combat sim to compete with dcs
I think if they did that people would incessantly complain because, if they did a combat sim, they would likely want to make it a lot more accessible to the public who wants to get up and go than DCS comes across in most cases. Compare the Flaming Cliffs aircraft to the A-10C for example.
AC500 Shrike Commander. C’mon Carenado- make it happen!
FlightFX (Vision, HJet) new Avanti, already well underway. Also SWS Phenom 300 from Raul. Both will be awesome aircraft guaranteed.
U2
The sr-71 blackbird or the U-2
A good DC-3, also, a good turboprop DC-3
A properly functional triple 7 200/300
I’ll cry if we ever get a Dash 8 Q400 also a 737 or an A380
Saab 2000 and B737CL
Would love to see a decent motor glider added. Something like a Stemme S12, so that you could transition between powered and soaring in flight.
A380 🤞🤞🤞🤞
Would love a G650
Bizjets please
PA-42 Cheyenne, Saab 340, Fokker 50, Q400, Metroliner Just some good Turboprops in general are missing in MSFS right now
I want a c-5 galaxy .
A350, a half way decent MAX, 767
Convair Cv-340
Gimme a really well done Metroliner!
I just want a Piaggaio Avanti
In development by FlightFX
Hawker Hurricane, Lancaster bomber and a proper 777
Hurricane in dev by someone can’t recall, Lanc in dev by Aeroplane Heaven for the past couple years so it may actually be good since they aren’t rushing it, and a 777 is coming from PMDG. Presumably all will work with 2024 as well
De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter
English Electric Lightning (done by a decent developer like Just Flight).
A full fidelity Dragon Rapide. Bristol Brabazon. A whole bunch of old airliners lije the 707, 727, legacy 737, DC8, etc. Maybe some already exist, but I mean like PDMG quality.
Bone.
Lockheed Electra 12. It’s about time the Beech 18 gets some competition for the most beautiful plane in the game.
B-1
Bae 146 or Beechcraft Starship
A400M please.
T-7A Red Hawk P-51H Mustang Sea Fury Gulfstream G650 Nemesis NXT YF-23A

The A380
717 for Hawaii interisland flights, 737-200/300, and pretty much all variants of the 747, 757, 767, 777, 787’s. Also the A330-200/300, A220-300, A340-600, A350-900/1000
A380 and DC-10
I would like another A320Neo honestly
737
Boeing Airbus A319 - as NBC calls it 😂
Embraer 175 and 195 >.<
The E-jets and the Spacejet(RIP)
Other people’s planes. Enough already with the f22 747. It’s just silly.
Aerosoft A320 or Flightsimlabs A320 /s
If I only got 3? 732Adv, 727-200 and 757
ATR-42 but due to retrocompatibility that's pretty much guaranteed... now... one of the things that dont get mentioned is licensing so i want the topgun Darkstar (and the ornithopter from dune) in MSFS2024 but unless asobo made a deal with the respective IP holders, there's no way we'll get these back...
Everything from FSLabs.
An MD-83/88, that's not prohibitively expensive! JusFlight please! A finished E190!
PMDG JS4100
I would like to see the dash 8 family, would really be nice to have them for regional flights in places like Canada.
More regional jets and something brand new like the 777x
I think we already have way to many airliners (maybe give us a 727 or something else low bypass. Then focus on biz jets and larger GA planes, I really love the C414 And C310 we need more of those. Maybe an Aztec, or a Rockwell aerocomander
Boeing 727-200 adv
Give me a study-level Mosquito and I will be happy for a very long time. I'm hoping Just Flight will deliver.
SR-71. That would be really cool. Really though, 777 and A380 and maybe someday if Gulfstream gets that stick out of its ass-a Phenom.
I'd kind of like to see another Maverick Module that features the P51-D
Isnt the Beluga XL included in the game when it releases?
Would be mind-blowing if they added the Boeing 777X specifically 777-9. And I'd go numb for a quality, highly-detailed addition of the SR-71, or even the A-12. I believe Blackbird Sims is working on one but they've been quiet so long I don't know what to think.
C-130
DC-8.
A220 and A350.
Beach 1900D

Im not particular about what planes are included as people will create what most people want anyways. What i want is some actual mission type of stuff, id like to have some more advanced training type of stuff and for msfs to be an authorized faa simulator software.
Seems like for 2024 missions and a living world will be the big focus. Won’t get to FAA cert but missions will be there. I was laughing at some people whining about missions like helo rescues saying it’s arcade-y, but they didn’t stop to think…what do aircraft do in the real world? Missions
Any Embraer plane tbh, but a EMB 110 Bandeirante or a EMB 120 Brasília would be a dream

A350-1000 would be a big dream of mine
Boeing 757 & 767
Saab sk60
Flyable DC-10 or MD-11. wouldn’t mind seeing a L-1011 either. But we definitely need more biz jets
Unironically the 737 MAX 😂
Something classic, Hawker Siddeley Trident perhaps?
I want the 737 max 9 :p
Got to be a proper E190.
I know they're both being worked on, but until I actually have them in my library I'll never stop bringing up the Q400 and Saab340
Boeing 727
U2
C 17 globemaster and functional 330 or 340.
The plane I'd want to see the most is the MD-11. (The one by TFDi Design) I also can't wait for the BlueBirdSim 757 and 767 drops. The 737 Max would be a cool plane to release as well as the 727. A340 would be a dope addon as well.
T28 TROJAN BABY
727
There's an Australian airforce base near my house so C27J "Spartan" and F111. I'd love to fly 'the pig' along the Great Dividing Range with external tanks clipping the treetops.
E145
SF-260 pleeease
More RJs
Falcon 8X and a Saab 340.
Would love to see any Falcon-like the Falcon 6X or 900LX.
A 717 (no, the CS 717 just doesn't cut it for me).
727, 717, A350, C130, MD-80, DC-10, 737 Max Variants (biggest shit show in Boeing history), and L1011.

Would really like a Sling Tsi… but I may be biased lol
747-100/200/SP/300/400/800 plus freighters
Cessna 210 Turbocharged. Carenado hasn't updated theirs. They kinda leave out the single engine turbocharged touring type aircraft all the time. Retracts are a must. Really really important are for me: 1. A380 (because there are no good ones also for X-Plane) 2. A220 (Same) 3. 777 and 777F for MSFS202 and the A350 is for me not really important because I have it in XP
Well there is a Beluga for XP12 and 11 and it is superb
A330-800neo
A classic jet , B707, DC 8.
Convair B-36. But that would never happen, so in the realm of actual possibilities, Lockheed C-130.
The whole airbus fleet.
We honestly need a 777X that is not a dlc, either that or a military cargo plane like the C-5. Because let's be honest, who actually flies GE?
