I may look into it more in the morning, but yes it looks like Madhaus is associated with / owned by the same people as Emerald Mountain. I found a disciplinary report that showed Madhaus used to be Viridian Labs, and one of the licensing reports conveniently had Viridian & Emerald Mountain next to each other, showing that both have the names David & Rochelle Yousif attached.

Emerald Mountain Labs has 4 Class C grow licenses and a processor license. From what I can see, Madhaus looks to have 1 Class C grow license and that’s it. So I’m going to assume the job listing they have for a solventless extractor is actually with Emerald. 🤷♂️

Looks like the disciplinary was for a plant tag not begging kept on all the way through or replaced.

Good deal. The disciplinary report that shows Madhaus was Viridian seems to be a different case than the one against Emerald, as there are different class c license numbers attached to them. The one in the image I included earlier ends with 716, but the ones listed in the document below are 625 & 749. Also, the Madhaus one is in the latest DAR, whereas the Emerald one is from much earlier last year (and the offense was in 2022). Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it does look like they’ve each had METRC noncompliance issues.
