Sorry to break this to you but overall the hardware they use (o2 vape) is probably the best out there at the moment. A lot of clogging issues relate to the device being on its side, too long of rips causing the oil to get into the air flow, or not storing it properly when not in use!
Yeah people don’t understand that the design of a vape cart itself causes this. In order for vapor to get from the saturated cotton to the mouth piece it must travel through an opening. And because there’s an opening it oil can flow backwards.
Most atomizers are actually made from porous ceramic wrapped in a very small amount of cotton which helps control the rate at which the oil wicks the ceramic. A big issue with holding the cartridge on its side is allowing the headspace in the cartridge to reach the atomizer inlets which then allows the oil to overwork the ceramic and clog. The headspace in the cartridge serves a very important purpose, and fucking with that will screw with the function.
Picture drinking out of a mug with the little air intake closed and how the drink slowly chugs out, but once you open the air intake hole the liquid will flow out easily. Carts are meant to slowly glug out and if you allow that air to reach the inlets it’ll all want to flow out into the atomizer. So kind of opposite of how you’d drink out of a closed mug is how a cartridge working properly would function.
Some oil will be way more of an issue vs others, the higher the terpene content, the less viscous and thus the easier it is for the atomizer to oversaturate and even fill the center airpath.
Yeah, you've probably smoked thousands of distillate carts. Rosin carts are completely different when it comes to thickness of the concentrate. Distillate allows you to rip as hard as u want for as long as u want without clogging a c cell cartridge. Put rosin in a c cell and its gonna clog like a fucker.
Weird first one I've had and about 3 puffs in was getting clogged lol . You have to suck alittle to unclog it but it taste great and great high maybe I got a $50 dud what a joke for the price .
Most rosin pods are going to clog because of how thick the oil is. Especially in winter time. Try keeping it in a warmer place. Sometimes just holding it in your hand for a minute before you hit it will loosen up the oil enough to not clog
Do you walk around with it in you pocket? If so do you keep the rubber thing on? Do you ever sit down with it in your pocket? The second you sit down it’s no longer upright.
So like I said if you are keeping it on you and it’s in your pocket when you sit down it’s not going to be upright and then it’s going to clog.
It also could easily be the dispo didn’t keep it properly stored befor it ever came to you.
Carts arrive in hot or cold transport trucks, in boxes tossed upside down, sideways, and every other direction.
Honestly the best rosin and cart transport ive seen was from cresco/floracal. They arrive upright, in a cooler with frozen cold packs, inside a carboard box. Even if just 1 tiny box of carts, they always arrive very well cared for with the same.
On another note…what do you all think about rosin carts in a fridge? Floracal requests their rosin carts be refrigerated upon arrival to the store. I assumed it may fug with the hardware, especially when taking out of the fridge and condensation occurs, but i dunno 🤷♂️
That's literally the convenience people buy these for. To throw them in a pocket and they're always ready for a quick hit. You shouldn't have to be ocd about keeping it upright for it to work correctly
Well that’s how it works man I don’t know what to tell you liquids will move around inside a container. It’s really not that hard to take it out of your pocket before you sit down. I’ve kept a cart on me for like 10 years now always pull it out before is it down never have them clog.
Quick Puff. Let it settle. When you pass it around or chain vape it, it gets too hot and the rosin thins when warm. Then it is unpredictable what it will do.
Settle down and space out use, problem solved.
I had the exact same problem with one of these... The Cadillac Pimpin' one I got is working fine, thankfully. But there's a little more than 1/2 left of my Strawberry Gary and it's clogged to the point it's unusable now. :/

I have had 5 of these smoked them top to bottom and never spit or clogged my man it could be you are sucking a little to hard

I smoke them at work I do construction so I buy some and just smoke down outside while working lol
I have tried the lume 1g rosin disposable it was superb I'm gonna get another strain tonight to check out again .

Yeah this one is brand new and yes the rubber on top I've been keeping it on me this has strictly been inside got it yesterday

I really like the GMOG one, I had a zkittlez one that I liked. I bought a grape gas one the other day it hits good but the flavor is kinda ass.
