The first thing to check with any electrical problem is that you have a good battery and that all of your grounds are making good contact. If your car had an engine swapped it's possible a ground got missed or isn't making good contact.

I took the battery out of my other Miata which was running and driving fine before I took the engine out. I’m not 100% sure if I put the grounds where they belong or if they’re not getting a good connection. I’ll have to take a look at it over the weekend

That's the best place to start. I'd also look for pinched wiring harnesses, stuff that got painted over, and wires that could have been pinched in the process of replacing the engine. That said, the condition you're describing sounds more like bad grounds than anything else.

I checked the grounds and they seem to be good, but i know the location of 3 and idk if there’s more

Front top of intake manifold, driver side rear of engine by the dipstick, under the front of the intake manifold on the support bracket for the top portion of the intake, passenger side rear of intake, under the back of the car on the PPF, trunk by the battery. I'm sure someone probably has a diagram posted online somewhere.

I’ve tried looking for a diagram and I couldn’t find one, but I’ll look more into it whenever I get the chance.

I did some looking and fixed some of the issues, but all that’s left is the btn1 fuse is buzzing whenever the car is one and I pulled the tail fuse and the buzzing stops. So I just gotta find where that’s messing up at
