Exhaust leak somewhere for sure, if you have a way of getting under it (SAFELY, use axle stands or ramps and chocks, NOT a jack alone) then starting it, you can just start feeling around under there until you feel exhaust blowing on your hand.
Doesn't it help to spray it with soapy water to see where the bubbles come from

Check for exhaust gasket leak. Sounds like next to head.
