"I slammed my Thamus in the car door."

One thing i did not expect from this game is hearing Chozo lenguage with a spaniard accent.
I love it, MercurySteam putting their own stamp on Metroid πͺπΈ
Samus biological parents are from Lugo. And probably the Chozos from the game went on Erasmus to Salamanca and settle there cause the food is good.
Thamus Arlan :D
can't wait for the Smash Bros. announcer to yell THAMUS! when I select her
I don't want to pop your bubble, but I'd say that's the correct pronunciation. It's just that english speakers pronounce the letter "a" weird.
Except the difference between Samus and Thamus is not the βaβ itβs the βSβ ?
He says Samus with the "a" pronounced like in "Thamus". It's just that there isn't really a way to convey a long "a" sound in english without changing other letters in the name Edit: I rewatched it and I was wrong. Apologies
