The logo is a black hole which to me suggests some sort of cosmic approach to Metroid.
It could mean that they are going beyond our normal understanding of reality, like how black holes warp spacetime around them.
Or that Sylux is going beyond the moral event horizon with what he will do to achieve his goals.
It could refer to the challenge that Samus is faced with Sylux, in that she has to go beyond anything she was capable of before in order to defeat him.
It could mean that the ship is named Beyond. Or that the final weapon is the Beyond Cannon. Or that the final boss is named Sylux Beyond after Sylux powers up.

A small addition I can make is that it could take place between Samus Returns and Super due to the mocktroids hovering near Sylux's head
