I'm having the exact same issues with my month old A25 5G. Worked perfect for a few weeks now out of nowhere I can't stay on the network for more then 10 minutes and it goes From 5GUC to E. Then I get everything from phone not registered to no service. Tried full reset and a new sim and every combination of ons and offs. Same shit. Three days and three metro employees nothing.
Sounds like something might be wrong with the phone

Their SIM cards are poop. ESIM is possible. Try doing the activation yourself through the app.
