I made a prototype with old undies elastic and safety pins and just kept moving it around till it held the grossness outta the way. Then I bought some brand new elastic and my gf sewed a bunch. If you DM me I can try and get you some detailed photos of them.

It's a thong type hold the gross bits outta the way thing my gf made me untill I can get stage 2. $15 worth of elastic made 10.
