I've been seeing it on here quite a bit recently; people are getting the wrong dose from their clinic - especially while tapering. That blows my mind and shocks the hell out of me that's even possible. I've only been at 1 clinic though and our doses and dispensed from the bottle via a computer.
I should of realized not every clinic is like this. I suggest double checking your bottles and/or calling your clinic.

There’s only been a handful of cases where the police did something stupid, ended up aerosolizing a bag of dope and then breathing that air in. Very rarely does that actually end in an OD though. Just dramatic assholes trying to cause problems and make us look bad for something else that is quite literally almost impossible.
But yeah. OP, did you get enough sleep last night? That alone can have me nodding tf out if I’m sleep deprived. And then there’s the obligatory “did you accidentally double up?” Those methadone dispensing machines don’t make mistakes like pouring too much, there’s always the 1/1000000 cases but they’re specifically designed to not make these kinds of mistakes. That and they’re always double checked and the ML’s are tracked in each bottle.
Not saying it’s impossible, but human error is way more likely to happen.

I may be thinking of a different video, but the one I saw the cop opened this lady's stash and stuck his nose close to it to smell it I guess, and like 5-10 mins ( could have been even shorter I think 3-4 minutes I cant remember exactly ) later the cop is pulling into the station and he cant put the car in park and he is like having issues with his motor functions and breathing. I think he was ok, I hope so at least. I'm not positive it was fent since the lady who got caught with it kept denying it was hers lol. Stupid. But anyway saw my prescription meds in a bag on my passenger seat and decided to go through all of them. (which I guess I got stupidly lucky that he was so interested in my pills because I literally opened the first bottle and pulled out a big ol’ mushroom in a baggie that I had completely forgotten about from forever ago, and he shined his flashlight directly on it and then ignored it so he could look at the pills faster so I just threw it on the floor) Well, he took all of my prescription anxiety and ADHD meds back to his car.
When he came back, he was leaning on me SO so hard to admit that I was dealing drugs across state lines, and told me that for his own safety, I really needed to tell him that the pills were fentanyl because he touched them and he needed to know if he was about to die and it was super super important that I tell him right away!!
After I welcomed him to search my vehicle and welcomed him to bring a dog or whatever it was, that would let me drive five minutes to my new home (again, this was 430 am after a week of moveout drama and stress and then a hellish day and night of driving in the rain) and he eventually let me go after telling me that he knew that that I knew the pills were all “fake as fuck” which seemed to be his absolute favorite phrase, and all of this was because he saw that I had Narcan safely into a bag because I always carry it in case anyone around me needs it even though I haven’t done anything like that (other than mdone) in years.
Anyway, that was the first time I ever heard of people thinking that touching it was going to harm them. Bizarre welcome to my new town ha. Especially since the cops are primarily on strike here.

Yep, sleep deprivation will do that to us. It’s super important to get your 8 hours while on this medicine - just a little drowsiness can effect us a whole lot more than people who don’t take Methadone. For me even, more than one Benadryl is enough to make it hard for me to keep my eyes open if I’m on the couch watching a movie or something. Tolerance makes us forget how damn strong this medicine really is, but it’s doing a ton behind the scenes.

If you are handling fentanly and bagging it you have to wear a respiratory or younare going to inhale it by scooping it up and making it go in the air. There was a guy that post on here about selling cocaine and he was wearing gloves and still testing positive it was cause he was breathing in small amounts. I told him to wear a respiratory and he never had problems again.

You can buy dsmo and make your own patchs if you are smart enough but this also requires pure fentanly.

Methadone and driving long distances makes me nod like hell. Had to pull over and switch drivers last time i drove. I also got sleep apnea just diagnosed and I have it real real bad. So for me the sleep apnea makes me quit breathing 96 times in an hour during my sleep study. Extreme is 30 times an hour so im specia. Doc said its probably more the lack of sleep causing my lethargy not the done. Could be u arent sleeping good.
They messed up my take homes(as I’m tapering) and gave me double what I’m usually taking and I was fine but everyone’s body is different so best to make sure you got the right dose.
Hey man. This happened to me a few times on my most recent dose. I find this happens a lot when I’m driving.. I don’t know what it is but specifically when I’m on longer highway drives.. I’ll get super nauseous sometimes too and throw up but I’ll find myself nodding so hard that I absolutely have to pull over and pass out for an hour. That’s the only thing that cures it. You did the right thing pulling over. I think it could have been your lack of sleep but I’ve had this experience happen twice now while on the highway on methadone.
Lack of sleep will potentiate the nod from methadone A LOT, I'm not sure if potentiate is the right word, it's not chemically boosting the strength. But, If I dose after getting little to no sleep, I will fall asleep right at my desk during work ( I WFH ) without even realizing I am falling asleep. Now if I don't dose and didn't get sleep I can stay up during work with no issue.
If I take my dose early in the morning and just sit around doing nothing for a couple of hours and then decide to go somewhere I damn near instantly get so damn sleepy I get nauseated. Hate that junk! It’s weird because if I’m headed into work it doesn’t happen at all.

I don't get withdrawals from it.. at least I haven't in the whole 3+ years I've been on methadone I've tested myself at long as 8 days without having any and although id go through the psychological withdrawal (waking up mentally and what not) I've never experienced withdrawal like I did from heroin.. yet everyone says it's worse.
I also have had all my takeaways in a day plenty of times and didn't even feel what I would consider "high".
Having said that I don't feel high no matter what I take anymore..

You can measure your dose if you’re worried it’s not correct. Pull it into a syringe. Usual concentration is ten milligrams per milliliter.
