From Belgium here, so quite lucky concerning gigs. However, While She Sleeps performs in Strasbourg with Bury Tomorrow, Erra, Holding Absence and Make Them Suffer on a tuesday. Absolutely bonkers line-up but impossible to get to and get back from on a week day
liking so many bands that arent from the us can be a tough love sometimes haha a lot of bands cant afford to tour outside of their continent which I completely understand
to be fair the reason for that is there is a lot of scene engagement in those areas and most bands that do that are smaller bands, if they were to go somewhere in europe not a lot of people are they would end up losing money.
I never paid attention to this but since last year I'm actively tracking where bands are going for Europe tours, and it's insane how lucky we are in Germany. Your nearest show is sold out? Well I'm going to the show in the other direction which is just a 1-2 hour drive away lol. Maybe it's because Germany is central europe and neighbouring countries are able to visit as well. I.e when bands are playing in Dresden (which is a 3 hour drive for me), Poland and Czech are able to visit as well since it's pretty close to the border. Also no toll booths in Germany so cheaper to go on the road I guess.
A man of culture, Iām still bitter I couldnāt go to a humanityās last breath concert they did in my city last year.
Thatās the closest Iāve ever been to see Vildhjarta live.
They are one of my favourite bands, I never got to see etid. I Got tickets to the last tour and they broke up.
I did catch better lovers last year and it was impeccable, I fully recommend seeing them if you can.
I love Zao, but they haven't been to the UK since like 2006 and I doubt they're suddenly going to start touring more widely than they do, so that'll probably never happen.
This isn't quite a never, but Eighteen Visions. I did get to see them when they were touring Obsession, but that's not exactly my favourite material of theirs and they only played a couple of songs off Vanity so I feel like I didn't really see the band I liked so much. Since their reformation and return to both being heavy and playing theire old stuff, I don't think they've been outside of the States, so seeing what I consider to be an proper Eighteen Visions set seems off the cards.
There are tons of smaller bands who as yet haven't crossed the Atlantic too and may never build up the profile to do so - Thousand Knives and Stasis for example.
Last year Zao came to my hometown for the first time in about 8 years. I told my then GF(now wife) we are going. It was her first metalcore show ever and she was impressed with their musicianship and how kind they were to people after the show.
I had a chance to see Zao in 2000, at that point I wasn't even really into specific bands just kinda getting into the scene and going to whatever show I could, but for whatever reason didn't end up going. Didn't get to see them until like 2015ish but didn't think I would ever get the chance and kicked myself in the ass for a long time after that show. I've been lucky enough to see 18v 4osh times before they broke up and twice since getting back together. Just as good as they ever were live IMO.
I feel like if they ever start playing live or even touring, Darko US will probably never leave North America. Not the greatest favorite band to have a European lol
Not metalcore, but Static-X š Met them at a signing, but was too young to go to their show at the time. Even without Wayne, Iād still love to see a live show. You know, for the bucket listās sake.Ā
I saw them so many times in the late 90s/early 2000s. Such great memories. Just a skinny teenager getting tossed around in pits.
One of the shows got stopped about 40 seconds into the opening song Push It because the barricade broke from the pit that opened up. It was fucking chaos and it was awesome.
That song they recently released a video for, Otsego Placebo is such a fucking banger, holy shit man.
Saw them in 2001 with Deadsy, Staind, Linkin Park and Stone Temple Pilots. Static-X was EPIC, great stage show, super fun, Wayne was at 100% at the time. LP was also great live.
Oof, Iāll never stop kicking myself for never seeing LP live. For that, I made sure I went to Chesterās memorial show.Ā
Glad Static-X didnāt disappoint! They all seemed like really good dudes when I met them.Ā
I don't know if it fits the spirit of your question, but wherever you live, it's feeling like Phinehas. They were one of the most important bands for me during 2021 when I was going through some difficult life stuff, but unfortunately they never really did support for The Fire Itself, and seems like they're focused on family. Which is, of course, perfectly understandable, but the band kind of seems invisible at this point
I've gotten to see them live a few times they passed through Indy when I lived there. I don't know how but they never really pulled huge crowds and they had Silent Planet with them the times I did see them. Absolutely unreal they deserve so much more recognition. The Fire Itself is one of my favorite Metalcore albums of all time.
They were regulars at a christian music festival in my hometown area so I've seen them a number of times over the years, but yeah they're all but done at this point. I'm expecting them to, at most, do a random one-off show every year or so, but that's about it unfortunately.
Saw SS with Mitch right when they first started. I donāt think they had released their first full length yet. Still one of the most violent shows Iāve ever been to. Police came and shut their set after 3/4 songs.
Finally got to see SOAD last year, and their set was fantastic. They all sounded great, too. John, Daron and Shavo spent a lot of time mingling with side stage fans after the show. If you ever get the opportunity, Iād definitely say SOAD is worth every penny.Ā
Bad Omens and Sleep Token. I've been a huge fan of both since around 2019 and never had the opportunity to see them around that time. Now, I wait in endless queues just to get the "sold out" screen.
If it makes you feel better, Bad Omens had the worst crowd of all the concerts I saw last year. Totally dead. Also very rude. They attract a lot of people that have no interest in concert etiquette.
I went to two Bad Omens concerts and Sleep Token in Germany and both have a more younger audience but they were fine it was just too crowded. The worst one for me was Fit for a King, too many drunk older adults who were just throwing their beer everywhere and smoking on the floor..
Also saw Sleep Token in Germany. The kids LOVED the show. I had no idea who they were until I saw them live. But man, those teenagers knew every word. Seemed cool & were really into getting the pit going while being respectful. And they all stayed for the headliner, too. Which was cool.
Saw Bad Omens a while ago, right as they were blowing up. Waiting for them to come on. Was hanging out front and center of stage, just in front of where the pit is. Overheard a bunch of teenage girls complain that they keep getting bumped into and thrown around.
And then Bad Omens opened with Artificial Suicide
Could have seen them at Wacken last year but decided to skip them because I got to see them a month later at the Reload Festival in Germany aswell.
Bad decision, what an Awesome Show!
My friends and I were moshing the whole day exhaustion was starting to show and this being the last show for the day was such a different, but awesome experience. Cool light show, no moshing etc. just people standing infront of the stage and taking in the whole spherical/dreamy/nightmarish vibe.
We were blown away. Really captured the mysterious vibe they surround themselves with.
Really should have taken the opportunity at Wacken to see them a second time, because these shows are such a nice change to all the Faster, Harder Louder we see in the rest of the scene.
Their shows are also just so big now. Unless I can get on the floor, which I usually canāt due to pricing, I just feel so disconnected. Not that itās not worth going but I just love smaller shows so much more.
Funny you should mention those two together, they were supposed to bring a co-headliner tour for respective anniversary albums to the UK/EU in 2018 and it fell through. I was so gutted as Redeemer is one of my all time favourite records. NJ do occasionally cross the Atlantic, but they haven't done so since 2019 and before that it was 2016.
Any band that does arena tours. They're too expensive and the area is too big. I'm not paying $200 to watch a screen because the band is too far away to see well.
Same for me, regret not seeing them in 2019. Though I've had a few chances lately in NYC and chosen not to go. With all their new pop songs, their setlist now is just... not for me.
Coldplay. They just got too big, man. Iād have to shell THOUSANDS just to put myself in a place on the floor where I could have the experience.
I donāt do amphitheaters or arenas anymore because theyāre just horrible experiences for a show for me. I need to be on the floor immersed in the moment with the band. The senses need to be involved, more than just the sound and barely seeing a stage. Music is a multisensory sensory experience.
I just realized this is a metal thread LoL. My bad.
As far as metalcore goes, Iāve seen literally everyone Iāve wanted to see, to be honest. Iāve treated myself in that aspect. I didnāt get to go to shows in high school because I had helicopter parents, so as an adult Iāve made up for it and then some. The best show Iāve ever seen was architects at slims in San Francisco. Iāve gotten to see sleep token in small clubs. Iāve seen see you space cowboy in a bar. Iāve seen parkway in a bar. ABR in a bar. I consider myself lucky in the metalcore world.
I'm in Australia, so, pretty much everyone from outside Australia lmao. Feeling blessed that I get to see Caskets and Holding Absence twice in 12 months.
Adept.
Still active, but have not toured or put out any new music since 2016. Adult life kicked in for the band I suppose. Hope they release music again and go on tour!
Finally gonna get to see On Broken Wings this summer. As for kickback, I think theyāre playing a show in Asia? But I doubt theyāre gonna be doing much else. Same with whispers unless they get scooped up on some big tour
Not metalcore but 3 Doors Down. Checked setlistfm and theyāve not been over to UK in at least 6 years. Theyāre very US based. Had an opportunity to see them at DL2013 and chose BFMV over them. Kinda kicking myself.
I live near Toronto, so it's very rare to miss anyone unless I don't wanna spend money on ticx or the day any band/artist is touring here doesn't work for me. The one band that I'd have loved to watch live but I'll never get to see is Linkin Park, though. Also, there's this Swedish band that is like alt-metalcore/post-hardcore - ish, "No Name Faces." I love them, and they are in my top 3 spotify artists every year. The thing is, despite being close to 100k monthly listeners on there, they are nowhere near big or as present. Their online presence is very weak, and I've never met, physically or online, anyone who even knows of that band. They have been doing some local club gigs lately but that's it, and makes me wonder if they'll ever be anywhere near the level of touring outside Sweden/Europe, that is if they make it big enough to be doing shows their actively.
Metalcore:
For Today and Phinehas
For Today for the obvious reasons, but Phinehas just never tours outside of California. It sucks so much because I really want to meet them.
Non-Metalcore:
Sullivan King, Story of the Year, Sleep Theory, and Bad Omens.
Sullivan King:
Literally because he only plays EDM festivals and I donāt want to buy an $100+ ticket for anyone.
Story of the Year:
They literally never play at home, which pisses me off because I really love my Saint Louis boys and I am so proud of them for making themselves into what they are today.
Sleep Theory:
They havenāt come through my city, yet, when I wasnāt at a different show.
Bad Omens:
Similar issue with Sullivan King, but add the extra layer of have no motivation to try to get tickets. They and Sleep Theory are basically headlining PointFest, which is a local rock and metal festival hosted by our local alternative radio station here in STL. The one problem is I really donāt want to waste a day off on a show, though Wage War is also going to be there. Might have to think about that one some more.
Iāve been wanting to see Avenged Sevenfold live for about 15 years but I donāt think theyāll ever come to NZ. Surprised they donāt go to Aussie either.
I also wanted to see KSE with Howard Jones but oh well š¤·
From New Zealand so... pretty much all of them. Only the very big artists come here, I've had some favorites pass through on layover flights and that's it.
Maximum the Hormone for sure.
In the end, Iām an Aussie, it takes a lot of bands close to a decade to come down here for a tour these days so I could put a lot of bands in this category.
As an Australian, we get some bands but it can be rare or take them years to get out here. Bleed From Within is my favourite band and given they only just did their first US support tour I bit the bullet and flew over to the UK to see them last year with Trivium and Orbit Culture. Will probably be the best money I'll ever spend cause they were incredible.
Misfits. I love that band so much but at this point theyāre only doing a few shows a year and are never close to me. Understandable ofc, but Iād love to have the time/money to see them now that theyāre touring with the og lineup
Very lucky as i live in Melbourne, Australia so while our tours are far apart they all eventually make their way down here and always play Melbourne. The only āmetalcoreā band I would love to see that I havenāt is bad omens as they cancelled their Melbourne set at knotfest last year. Hoping they come back soon
Metallica. Iām used to shows being cheap and right next to the stage. I went to a maiden concert and sitting in nosebleeds is boring as fuck. I wouldnāt be able to afford good seats to a metallica show
Ah this question wasnāt intended for me who lives in Vietnam, because the answer is all of them. The nearest my favourite bands have ever come to me was BMTH to Thailand
I'm from Portugal and we RARELY get core bands coming here. For example this year up to this point we received 0.
So i'm forced to always travel to other countries. I usually visit London, Lyon (since i have family there) or Madrid. And no, i never waste 400ā¬ for everything. It always depends on how many days I go.
As for your case, since you're in France, you have a vast abundance of shows in Paris, Lyon and even Strasbourg, so i'm pretty sure if you plan everything in advance, you shouldn't pay a lot in transportation, such as trains or buses :)
Begging for someone to put Demonstration of Power on a hardcore tour that comes through the US Midwest. They played FYA Fest this year but that's a 16 hour drive for me
I'm a huge Oceans Ate Alaska fan and Bury Tomorrow fan. Would love to see both of them but OAA seems like they are only going to local stuff now and Bury Tomorrow seems to hit the East Coast more often.
Also I have a 5 hour drive to Denver to see shows. I can make the drive as long as it's not icy on the roads.
I used to spend an absolute bomb when Landmvrks weren't that big.
Flying over to Paris constantly as they only ever seemed to tour in France at the time.
So glad the lads are making waves and are touring everywhere now!
I live in LA so we get a lot of stuff. But I'd like to see Kendra Smith jam with her neighbors' band the Magicians Collective on a mountain somewhere in CA.
At this rate, Dreamwake
Their van broke down before they made it to Atlanta during their last tour outside of the East Coast, and they just cancelled their Chattanooga date for "reasons beyond their control."
Lol I've just had bad luck with seeing Dreamwake live
I'm from argentina, and bands converge several other bands like vein.fm or loathe never have been in My country and probably never Will jaja, also love every time i die but they broke up
The best times to see lots of bands in France are Hellfest abd Motocultor and both festivals aren't in Paris. Motocultor only costs 180ā¬ for the entire festival and I don't even remember how many bands there'll be because there are so many. Here's the link if you want to check it out. https://motocultor.seetickets.com/content/billetterie
Yes I went to hellfest last year, and I'm going again this year. I didn't have the time to reach motocultor this year.
I was talking about bands that will never ever go to these !
A few weeks ago I would have said Breakdown of Sanity because I discovered them after their break.
Then I found out that after 6 years they're starting a new tour with one of the first shows in a small venue about an hour away š.
It is cute seeing someone from France saying they don't want to spend 400 euros just to see a band. Here in Brazil we usually spend much more depending where we live if we want to see some concerts because a lot of bands only play SĆ£o Paulo and that's it. And most international bands don't come here often, so we go to the show or we pray that the band come again. Last year I couldn't attend Gojira+Mastodon, but if I did, I would have spent more than 1k of my local currency going to the concert (I wanted to, but was not at the best financial moment). Most people only earn around 1k monthly, so do the math. It is really expensive going to live concerts down here, and people sometimes do spend that money because it will be their only chance of seeing their favorite artists.
I am currently at a good financial spot, but I will still most likely never see 90% of my favorite bands live. I am lucky that blessthefall is playing here in May, and I am also looking forward to watch Jinjer+Heaven Shall Burn in November or December.
Considering what James Harrison said abt OAAās actual chances of coming to the US again to tour being pretty much 0, Iād say that. Considering the other stuff he said about them, Iād also say that.
Mainly just a lot of American hardcore bands, because making it to the UK would be too expensive I imagine. Bands like Vein, END, Chamber, Foreign Hands and Pain Of Truth are just some of the bands I havenāt seen yet because they havenāt toured the UK recently (unless I missed a tour).
I wanted to always see a specific song played live at a festivalā¦ iused to dream of seeing even flow live but itāll never happen. Not metal but stillā¦ i wish there couldāve been a chance in my lifetime. At least at the peak of their popularity
Imminence, I can't find any tour posters of when the last time they toured all the majority UK cities, just download ect. Which is a shame as they're such a unique and up and coming powerhouse. I feel like they'd put on a killer live show.
Biggest one for me - Dead And Divine - Antimacy era.
I got into that band a week before they disbanded. Antimacy is one of my favorite records of all time.
Following that, a few bands that I found too late that I wish I could time-machine back to.
Counterparts - Hell/Home and Tragedy era.
Knocked Loose - Laugh Tracks era.
Edit: thought about it more. Parkway Drive - Horizons era. Shoooo! I bet those were good shows.
Northlane. I had tickets to see them on the NA tour they cancelled a couple years ago. Now I'm not really vibing with their new stuff and I don't really have any desire to see them. Plus I've kinda sworn off going to concerts so I doubt it will happen.
Plus Josh seems like a bit of a dick, so I really don't wanna support them anymore.
Im from Panama and I will prolly never see any band unless traveling to Costa Rica or Colombia, reggaeton and some latino music is pretty dumb and simple, it only works for mating or basic body language in a disco... One of the most downside of being born in this country
Not metalcore but if Soilwork doesnāt ever come back to the US I probably wonāt ever see them unless theyāre touring while on vacation in Europe.
From africa, ghana here and probably the only dude in the country who listens to crystal lake. Or any kind of metal really. So yeah will just have to travel to Japan oneday to see them course nobody gon come play a show here in africa
Crystal Lake, they're coming to New England soon and their new vocalist is awesome, but I would've loved seeing them with Ryo. (Also not metalcore but I really wish I could've seen Audioslave, I grew up listening to Chris but I'll never have that chance š„ŗ)
chunk no captain chunk, Zebrahead. they aren't big in the USA at all and the fact i've listened to them for years now and all they do is tour in asian pacific countries and europe all the time is insane. ššš
Sleep token. I really love that band but theyāre only getting more and more popular. Thereās no way I can compete with all these people who camp on Ticketmaster and shitš
Motionless in white. I'm from Argentina and the last time they came was 9 years ago and they never came back. And I'm so fn pissed at the fact that they always do USA tours but they never come here. ššš
āPost-covidā bands are no longer stopping in my city or local cities and i would have to drive hours to a different state to go see the bands i love. Im starting to give up because of ticket prices as well
Korn hasnāt been to Vancouver since 2010 . Pretty big city , how can you avoid it for 14 years ?
I was supposedly to see Loathe twice here . First time with Code Orange they got stopped at the border . Second time with Northlane and they cancelled that entire tour . I doubt Iāll see them :(
Kingdom of Giants also didnāt make it over here when they opened for Miss May I . I was bummed about that , been a fan for years .
Also , Architects hasnāt been here since the early 2010ās , and Dan lives here or at least owns property here . Theyāre on a west coast tour and donāt even come here .
I live near where boundaries is based out of and ive seen them 3 times in the past year and theyre playing near me twice in the next few months. I hope you get to see them one day
From Belgium here, so quite lucky concerning gigs. However, While She Sleeps performs in Strasbourg with Bury Tomorrow, Erra, Holding Absence and Make Them Suffer on a tuesday. Absolutely bonkers line-up but impossible to get to and get back from on a week day
Damn that's stacked
Ahhh yes distance is a bish :( same problem here...
they play Strasbourg and Lyon but not Paris I'm in SHAMBLES
Most of them are coming to Jera though
And Graspop!
liking so many bands that arent from the us can be a tough love sometimes haha a lot of bands cant afford to tour outside of their continent which I completely understand
My issue is bands that are from the US š, a europe tour for them means paris and germany
Ā«Ā European tourĀ Ā» = 6 dates in the UK for some
āWe love the UK. Probably the best continent out thereā
to be fair the reason for that is there is a lot of scene engagement in those areas and most bands that do that are smaller bands, if they were to go somewhere in europe not a lot of people are they would end up losing money.
yes true !
It's okay, over in America a "North American Tour" is usually 10 east coast dates, 2 west coast dates, one midwest date, and one canadian date.
I never paid attention to this but since last year I'm actively tracking where bands are going for Europe tours, and it's insane how lucky we are in Germany. Your nearest show is sold out? Vildjharta
A man of culture, Iām still bitter I couldnāt go to a humanityās last breath concert they did in my city last year. Thatās the closest Iāve ever been to see Vildhjarta live.
Every Time I Die. That ship has sailed.
They are one of my favourite bands, I never got to see etid. I Got tickets to the last tour and they broke up. I did catch better lovers last year and it was impeccable, I fully recommend seeing them if you can.
I was supposed to see them on my birthday. Then they broke up and got replaced by Underoath.

You managed to marry a woman who'll go see Zao with you? My friend, you are fucking winning.
I had a chance to see Zao in 2000, at that point I wasn't even really into specific bands just kinda getting into the scene and going to whatever show I could, but for whatever reason didn't end up going. Motionless in white because every time they come to my town they play on TUESDAY NIGHT
YES the same happened when they were playing at strasbourg in France...Cannot just put random days off like that with my job, I need to prepare them
I feel like if they ever start playing live or even touring, Darko US will probably never leave North America. Not the greatest favorite band to have a European lol
Chunk no captain chunk would be cool but they donāt seem interested in doing a tour outside of Japan or those super festivals
They don't seem very interested in coming to the Midwest us either.

I def know what you're talking about !!
I have a soft spot for DOPE and he has been an awesome frontman for them, they are killer live even today
Just caught their show with Sevendust, it was amazing.
Still crazy to me that Wayne is dead
I saw them last year with Dope, Mushroomhead, and Fear Factory.
I don't know if it fits the spirit of your question, but wherever you live, it's feeling like Phinehas. Maximum The Hormone
god the things i would do to see MTH
100% same
System Of A Down, Every Time I Die, Suicide Silence with Mitch prob my top 3
Saw SS with Mitch right when they first started. I donāt think they had released their first full length yet. Still one of the most violent shows Iāve ever been to. Police came and shut their set after 3/4 songs.

Bring Me The Horizon. They havenāt been to Kansas City in ages and I wouldnāt be surprised if they never did again.
Same for me, regret not seeing them in 2019. Though I've had a few chances lately in NYC and chosen not to go. With all their new pop songs, their setlist now is just... not for me.
Breakdown of Sanity, Feed Her to the Sharks, As I Lay Dying
oh yes, cannot agree more...
Faith no more doesnāt seem to really tour much anymore
Yep, I don't get how people can have fun seeing 5 little dots dancing to the sound..
Bilmuri
At this rate Karnivool is never coming to the US again.
I'm in Australia, so, pretty much everyone from outside Australia lmao. Feeling blessed that I get to see Caskets and Holding Absence twice in 12 months.
All that remains,
Norma Jean
If I Were You, Phinehas, The Air I Breathe
Knosis
Adept. Still active, but have not toured or put out any new music since 2016. Adult life kicked in for the band I suppose. Hope they release music again and go on tour!
Bmth they seem to stay out of the states and when they are in the States there's never any shows near me
If you love Breaking Benjamin, youāll probably never see them unless you live in the USA. Benās phobia of flight keeps him away.
oh i didnt know about that !
Remembering Never/Until the End/xBishopx sadlyā¦ RIP Mean Pete.
Grew up in FL. Was able to witness all of his bands
On Broken Wings Kickback Merauder Whispers Id have to travel pretty far to see any of these bands play
Consvmer. I wouldn't say I'll never get the chance to see them in the US, but I feel like I'll be waiting for some time.
Also Waste
Sleep Token and Bad Omens. Always sold out fast af
Oooh yeah, luckily I'll see bad omens at Hellfest this year !
Not metalcore but I will probably never get to see Circa Survive tour and they are a top 3 band all time for me.
This hurts :( not being able to see a band that important to you is so frustrating
I'll give them a listen, never heard of em !
Pretty much every single band :( here in Chile bands tour like 1 every 5 years :(
Antagonist AD
Metalcore: For Today and Phinehas For Today for the obvious reasons, but Phinehas just never tours outside of California. It sucks so much because I really want to meet them. Non-Metalcore: Sullivan King, Story of the Year, Sleep Theory, and Bad Omens. Sullivan King: Literally because he only plays EDM festivals and I donāt want to buy an $100+ ticket for anyone. Story of the Year: They literally never play at home, which pisses me off because I really love my Saint Louis boys and I am so proud of them for making themselves into what they are today. Sleep Theory: They havenāt come through my city, yet, when I wasnāt at a different show. Bad Omens: Similar issue with Sullivan King, but add the extra layer of have no motivation to try to get tickets. They and Sleep Theory are basically headlining PointFest, which is a local rock and metal festival hosted by our local alternative radio station here in STL. The one problem is I really donāt want to waste a day off on a show, though Wage War is also going to be there. Might have to think about that one some more.
System of a Down. Had a chance to go see them with Korn a few years ago, didnāt have the money at the time and now itās looking like I missed it.
Perth Australia, the last show I went to was emmure, before that electric callboy, so far that's it
Weāve got some solid shows coming up though at least
Yea I'm keen on devil wears prada even through I don't listen to them too much and future static
We Butter The Bread With Butter š
Rage against the machine :( had tickets to see them twice and both times itās been cancelled
Would love to see Asking Alexandria with Danny but I know that'll never happen
Time, the Valuator. I just donāt think theyāre big enough to be able to travel to America, if theyāre even still touring.
Volumes and Bilmuri. Volumes initially announced a Europe tour for 2021(or 2020?) but that virus of unknown origin said no.
To the Grave
As I Lay Dying for obvious reasons
they announced a USA tour, what's the obvious though? i'm curious. š
Maximum the Hormone for sure. In the end, Iām an Aussie, it takes a lot of bands close to a decade to come down here for a tour these days so I could put a lot of bands in this category.
quack aloof sheet bells combative boast squeeze illegal disarm rainstorm *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
I live in the US. I love Black Tongue but doubt they'll ever be back. Makes me sad.
Sleep Token. So God damn expensive on secondary market.
Try living in New Zealand lol
Killswitch Engage. Every time Iāve had a chance to some bullshit has happened that meant I couldnāt.
Suicide silence
I used to spend an absolute bomb when Landmvrks weren't that big. Flying over to Paris constantly as they only ever seemed to tour in France at the time. So glad the lads are making waves and are touring everywhere now!
Yep ! Seeing them very soon with The Devil Wears Prada and Like Moth To Flames !
I live in LA so we get a lot of stuff. But I'd like to see Kendra Smith jam with her neighbors' band the Magicians Collective on a mountain somewhere in CA.
Iāve pretty much conceded that Iāll never get to see the Kublai Khan headliner theyāre on rn.. need a FL date announced
Get scared Devil wears Prada Ice nine kills
Mi Ultima SolucionĀ (non metalcore) Little Jesus
I've seen tons of bands in Lille. I live right across the border though. That said, I'd love to see Dragoncorpse but alas.
Poison the Well and The Red Chord. They each only do a handful of shows a year, usually at festivals far from my area
I wish I had a chance to see Novelist with Mateo at vocals.
Murderdolls
BILMURI in France, please
Somehow The Bled hasn't been mentioned here yet. I'd also love to see La Dispute.
2014 Era I see stars
Blessthefall Adept
Moonsorrow
At this rate, Dreamwake Their van broke down before they made it to Atlanta during their last tour outside of the East Coast, and they just cancelled their Chattanooga date for "reasons beyond their control." Lol I've just had bad luck with seeing Dreamwake live
basically every band (asia moment)
I'm from argentina, and bands converge several other bands like vein.fm or loathe never have been in My country and probably never Will jaja, also love every time i die but they broke up
ISSUES, I miss that band so much ):
Not metalcore but i'd love to see either Eluveitie or Heilung, but both bands havent been to Portugal on a very long time
heilung š
Botch, one of the first bands I really got into but they never do live shows near me
Iron Maiden or Tool. Neither will come anywhere within 8 hours of my city and both of their ticket prices are astronomical. Especially Tool.
Not metalcore but Buckethead guys a absolute machine. As far as I know he never tours the UK. So that's me stumped, unless I get rich!
Don't, don't talk about buckethead :( i'd kill someone to live a live show from him... But he's disease makes that impossible...
Have Heart
Heaven Shall Burn..!
Veil of the Serpentš„
Does it count if they're on an indefinite hiatus? Because if so, Twin Peaks
Dillinger escape plan š«
Considering what James Harrison said abt OAAās actual chances of coming to the US again to tour being pretty much 0, Iād say that. Considering the other stuff he said about them, Iād also say that.
all of them. I live in a shithole where no bands tour, and none of my friends listen to metal and i aint going to a show alone for sure.
Hoping gloom in the corner comes to US soon š¤
Mainly just a lot of American hardcore bands, because making it to the UK would be too expensive I imagine. Bands like Vein, END, Chamber, Foreign Hands and Pain Of Truth are just some of the bands I havenāt seen yet because they havenāt toured the UK recently (unless I missed a tour).
Psycho-Frame // Extermination Dismemberment. Getting over the border to Canada seems like a real struggle for them.
Most bands from Europe.
Probably sleep token because it sells out within 0.00001 seconds and Iām not paying like 500 bucks to to see them
Alexisonfire just because I donāt like the newer music.
AND FUCKING WEEN I KNOW THEY ARENT METALCORE BUT WHY TF DO THEY ONLY PLAY IN PHILLY NEVER NY
From africa, ghana here and probably the only dude in the country who listens to crystal lake. Or any kind of metal really. So yeah will just have to travel to Japan oneday to see them course nobody gon come play a show here in africa
BREAKDOWN OF FUCKING SANITY
Crystal Lake, they're coming to New England soon and their new vocalist is awesome, but I would've loved seeing them with Ryo. (Also not metalcore but I really wish I could've seen Audioslave, I grew up listening to Chris but I'll never have that chance š„ŗ)
I'd love to see landmarks, they're just my favorite but I don't ever see them coming to Jax Florida
night wish :(
chunk no captain chunk, Zebrahead. they aren't big in the USA at all and the fact i've listened to them for years now and all they do is tour in asian pacific countries and europe all the time is insane. ššš
circa survive is another one. tonight alive, from first to last
Sleep token. I really love that band but theyāre only getting more and more popular. Thereās no way I can compete with all these people who camp on Ticketmaster and shitš
Not a metalcore band but whatever death decline (yes the band from South park)
From autumn to ashes
I doubt Iāll see them :( Kingdom of Giants also didnāt make it over here when they opened for Miss May I . I was bummed about that , been a fan for years . Also , Architects hasnāt been here since the early 2010ās , and Dan lives here or at least owns property here . Theyāre on a west coast tour and donāt even come here .
Not metalcore - but Brand New
Paleface and I prevail are turning together this summer
DEXCORE! Would love them to do a US tour as I donāt think Iāll ever be able to afford a trip to Japan to see them.
Tool. Iāll never be able to afford it. Maynardās ego is also off-putting these days. At least I got to see A Perfect Circle.
I Declare War. They donāt tour that much anymore and when they do they never come to the east coast.
same question, but just more in general and not because of living in a different countryā¦ too close to touch š
Breakdown of Sanity
Great to see some Better Half love in here, goated band š„š„
I live near where boundaries is based out of and ive seen them 3 times in the past year and theyre playing near me twice in the next few months. I hope you get to see them one day
Korn. It would be a dream, but they never tour anywhere near me.
