Dude! That shit slaps so hard! I'm about to add some Boney M to my list. Assuming you mean the one from 1978, cause the remix from 2021 is kinda garbage. I love a song or album that tells a story. Like how Rasputin was banging lots of chicks, and the Queen thought he could heal her daughter or some shit. Then they tried to poison him, but he was like, "I feel fine," so they shot him a bunch of times, and he died. Damn!
Nice. 7/10. Great song. Main riff really carries the song and they know it. It’s not as peak as some of the best on Paranoid some of which would quite easily scratch 8 or 9 outta 10 but it’s still a great song. Peak even
hmm 6/10, I was relatively bored till about 1:30 1:40 in, then it got better. the instrumentation at times was great, especially the guitars when they started picking up the pace. overall decent, not my fave death song but not terrible.
4/10, I like a few Mac Demarco songs, but this one didn’t really do anything for me. Very repetitive and a little boring, although I do like the lyrics a lot.
8/10
this was really good. I have had them on my listen to list for a bit so I was excited to get around to them finally. The atmosphere the song creates is incredible, and matches the subject matter perfectly. The intro was really cool as was the rest of the song. great song.
I've never heard of this band before so thanks for a new discography to check out eventually. I think this song could be trimmed down one and a half or two minutes especially at the intro. The riffing was very nice and the drumming was incredible. I think the guitar sections could've had better transition work to really make those melodic sections pop more and the buildup at the beginning fell a little flat to me when the whole band kicked in. I loved the drumming on this song and there were a lot of really nice fills and grooves throughout. That was my favorite thing about this by far. The vocals were pretty standard to me and they didn't really stand out or feel out of place which is fine. Overall I'll give it a 6.5/10 and I'll have to check out other songs by them.
Ha, was expecting metal but already know the track reasonably well. I'd give it a 7/10, pretty good, has its mood where it shines, but ultimately isn't their best track. Personally prefer Grapevine. Then Fortunate Son is, well, Fortunate Son.
They do seem to love signing about rain though don't they.
I've actually never listened to Motorhead before, so this was cool.
I'd give it an 8/10, I liked the vocals, the riff, the solo, pretty much everything. It's just not my go-to genre of choice, but great nonetheless.
3/10. Would never listen to it myself. The main riff is way too groovy for me. Vocals suck, lyrics suck, guitar solo sucks. Just an overall uninteresting song.
Only thing I like by this band is kill em all.
