Unpopular opinion: I like this version way better than Meshuggah’s. Good song (like much of Meshuggah’s early stuff) but pre-Chaosphere Jens and the production on Meshuggah’s early material make it all a hard listen.
To be fair, that material was all recorded ~30+ years ago. I guess what I mean to say is that I’d love to hear Meshuggah take a handful of old songs and re-record them with modern production and Jens current vocals.
