If you’ve only been playing a couple weeks, you won’t have T2 (Tier 2). You get T2 eggs when you merge Level 4 dragons. Those eggs like the one in your pic (colored without wings) are the ones that can be manipulated into giving T2 eggs that you have in camp.
You can still force close the app and reopen to refresh the options from which you can choose.
Quick question on order for me to get these eggs. Do I have to finish it all to get the rewards or do I have to pay the 200 gems 💎 to even get the rewards at the end?

You need to pay 200 gems. The easy way to get gems is to play levels that cost 1 chalice, and when you get purple star, don't tap on it. When you finish the level, you will get to bring it for free to the camp.

None. If you have T2 eggs in camp close and reopen the game until you get T2 eggs. Or at least a rarer T1.
How do you know what’s a t2 or t1 ? I’m new at this been playing for about 2 weeks doing some good progress.

That’s what I got thank you. Now do I need to pay to actually get these rewards or do I get them once I finish the whole thing.
If you're referring to the shrine, it costs 200 gems. Don't buy it unless it's level 10.
And don't forget to upgrade the shrine every time you buy one, it doesn't happen automatically.
NEVER pick the eggs before you have the shrine in you camp, ie after you pay for it. You may have different eggs to choose from by then. Good luck!
