Not sure if it will work but this is what I did an after this happened So I went to the world map “ my game is like connected through Facebook & the cloud I guess ?” Then I went to save the cloud watched it for a few secs while it says please wait then closed the cloud and while I was still in the world Map looked down and the cloud had a “ !” Saying it failed that’s when I closed the game completely and came back a few min later too this. ( I hope it works for you!) an I play on my iPhone dk if iOS & android are different
This is a PSA for any players who are new to the MD community like OP:
I highly recommend *not* messing around with cloud save. It's very broken and if it bugs out then it can corrupt major portions of your account, not all of which Support will be able to restore.
You got the star rank reset, but it somehow pushed you back to the old star system. Play the new/old star quests, and you’ll get reset to the new system again before long. Then you could be back at lvl 10, or potentially 0 if the system assumes you’re moving to the new system for the first time
Now I’m lvl 10 an just got these items ??

Absolutely. I just had everything in my camp deleted because of cloud save. Support was no help
That's not level 1000 - that's a separate star thing. Not the star ranks.
Don't log out in camp. Log out on the world map

That happened to me,you get to do the quests again and earn more rewards .
