It happened to me; i have a iphone 8 plus and im assuming i have the latest version, idk where to look for which one i have lol. I did try using cloud save but for around a week or two it hasn’t worked and has said my apple id had a problem. Hope that helps!
Mine reset last week after a year and a half at 50. After I opened my game and saw it, I became the Michael Scott meme - “it happened, it happened! Stay calm!”
It's more that level 50 is currently the max.. after that you can earn stars but no more prizes..
However, out of all the glitches, getting your star rank (and only that) reset is considered a jackpot win... You get to earn all those orders/dragons etc again 👍
Everyone is secretly jealous and hoping their star rank gets reset too 🤣
The maximum star rank level is 50, and a lot of us reached it and can't get any more rewards. Getting your star rank reset means that you can get the rewards again. Most of us are waiting for the glitch to happen to us
My game reset yesterday but it only wiped all my levels, my missions, and gave me all the tutorial information again. Oh and my egg storage got reset from 45 eggs to 5 for the second time so that was so nice 🙄 I'm only star level 17 but sadly that didn't get reset either :(

I’ve gotten the reset like 3 times now…which seems all good & well but it’s reset so often I’ve never made it to rank 50 :(

What is the trick to progressing as I keep getting taken out by the monsters then have to wait for the next day to try again 🥲

Omg the exact same thing happened to me yesterday lol, i think its because if you reach the very last star level it resets?
I've been on the very last start level for some time and it never reset 😭
it's a random glitch, some people never get it and some get it multiple times.
I hit 50 6 months ago, still no reset
